Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług z zakresu wychowania przedszkolnego oraz wzrost aktywności zawodowej na terenie Gminy Dukla. Jego osiągnięciu mają służyć trzy cele szczegółowe: uatrakcyjnienie oferty edukacyjnej na terenie Gminy Dukla w oparciu o rozbudowaną i unowocześnioną infrastrukturę przedszkolną (przebudowany i zaadaptowany na przedszkole dwukondygnacyjny budynek obejmujący 5 sal do zajęć w grupach), wyrównywanie szans dzieci z obszarów wiejskich w dostępie do edukacji przedszkolnej (ponad 70% dzieci uczęszczających do przedszkola w Dukli pochodzi z obszarów wiejskich) oraz zagwarantowanie właściwego poziomu stymulacji rozwoju dzieci i objęcie jak największej ilości dzieci kompleksowym przygotowaniem do podjęcia edukacji szkolnej (119 nowych miejsc). W wyniku realizacji projektu Przedszkole Gminne w Dukli będzie zlokalizowane w dwóch budynkach i będzie dysponować 294 miejscami dla dzieci w wieku od 3 do 6 lat (łącznie 12 grup). Inwestycja zostanie oddana do użytku przed rozpoczęciem roku szkolnego 2017/18. Przebudowany obiekt przedszkolny będzie stanowił prostą, zwartą bryłę, utrzymaną w ciepłej tonacji kolorystycznej. Na parterze budynku będą zlokalizowane m.in.: hol, szatnia dla dzieci, WC ogólnodostępne dostosowane do osób niepełnosprawnych, pięć sal zajęć dla dzieci wraz z zapleczem, WC personelu pedagogicznego, szatnia i pokój socjalny personelu kuchni, kuchnia z zapleczem magazynowym, wydawalnia posiłków, pomieszczenie techniczne i kotłownia. Na I piętrze zlokalizowano m.in.: hol, gabinet dyrektora, pokój personelu pedagogicznego, pokój nauczycielski, pomieszczenia biurowo-administracyjne, magazyny brudnej i czystej bielizny. Powierzchnia zabudowy obiektu po przeprowadzeniu inwestycji będzie wynosiła łącznie 805,40 m2. Wielkość powierzchni całkowitej będzie równa 1 002,60 m2, a użytkowej - 872,46 m2, w tym 710,81 m2 (parter) i 161,65 m2 (I piętro). Kubatura obiektu według projektu wykonawczego będzie wynosiła 2738,40 m (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase access to pre-school education services and increase professional activity in the Dukla Municipality. Three specific objectives are to be achieved: making the educational offer attractive in the Dukla commune based on extensive and modernised pre-school infrastructure (rebuilt and adapted to kindergarten, a two-storey building comprising 5 classrooms), equal opportunities for children from rural areas in access to pre-school education (more than 70 % of children attending the kindergarten in Dukla comes from rural areas) and guarantee an adequate level of stimulation of children’s development (119 to take up children’s education and cover as much as possible). As a result of the project, the Municipal Kindergarten in Dukla will be located in two buildings and will have 294 seats for children aged 3 to 6 (total 12 groups). The investment will be put into service before the beginning of the 2017/18 school year. The reconstructed kindergarten facility will be a simple, compact body, maintained in a warm colour tone. On the ground floor of the building will be located, among others: hall, children’s locker room, toilet accessible to the disabled, five classrooms for children with facilities, teaching staff toilet, locker room and a social room of kitchen staff, kitchen with storage facilities, food issuing room, technical room and boiler room. On the first floor are located, among others: hall, director’s office, teaching staff room, teacher’s room, office and administration rooms, dirty and clean underwear warehouses. The construction area of the facility after the investment will amount to a total of 805.40 m². The total area will be 1002.60 m² and the usable area will be 872.46 m², including 710.81 m² (ground floor) and 161.65 m² (first floor). The volume of the facility according to the execution project will be 2738.40 m (English)
