The project involves the implementation of four, coherent and inseparably related tasks, the joint implementation of which will not only enable a comprehensive and sustainable revitalisation of the degraded area, but will also ensure further, successive and stable development in the coming years, which will result in a decisive improvement in the prospects for young people (currently forced to leave these areas in search of work), as well as raising the living standards of all residents. The scope of the project is:1. Bieszczad-ski – Center for Active Tourism – construction of a chairlift with the necessary technical facilities, construction of a multifunctional public building with the necessary equipment, monitoring system and RES type installations2. Bieszczad-ski Relaxing and Training Centre – giving new functions to the old unused school through its conversion and extension to the hotel and training facility with the necessary equipment, monitoring system, RES-type installations and land development for the outdoor activity zone3. Preservation and promotion of cultural heritage and local traditions – renovation of the historic church and installation of a monitoring system4. Projekt obejmuje realizację czterech, spójne i nierozerwalnie ze sobą powiązanych zadań, których wspólna realizacja umożliwi nie tylko kompleksową i trwałą rewitalizację obszaru zdegradowanego, ale zapewni także w kolejnych latach jego dalszy, sukcesywny i stabilny rozwój, który zaowocuje w konsekwencji zdecydowaną poprawą perspektyw dla młodych ludzi (zmuszonych obecnie do opuszczenia tych terenów w poszukiwaniu pracy), a także podniesieniem standardów życia wszystkich mieszkańców. Zakres projektu obejmuje:1. Bieszczad-ski - Centrum Turystyki Aktywnej – budowa wyciągu krzesełkowego z niezbędnym zapleczem technicznym, budowa wielofunkcyjnego budynku użyteczności publicznej wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem, systemem monitoringu oraz instalacjami typu OZE2. Bieszczad-ski Ośrodek Wypoczynkowo- Szkoleniowy - nadanie nowych funkcji starej nieużywanej szkole poprzez jej przebudowę i rozbudowę na rzecz obiektu hotelowo-szkoleniowego wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem, systemem monitoringu, instalacjami typu OZE oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu na rzecz strefy aktywności na świeżym powietrzu3. Zachowanie i promocja dziedzictwa kulturowego oraz lokalnych tradycji – remont zabytkowego kościoła oraz instalacja systemu monitoringu4. Przystosowanie budynku byłej stołówki szkolnej na siedzibę oraz zaplecze socjalne Centrum Integracji Społecznej Gminy Olszanica wraz z systemem monitoringu oraz instalacjami typu OZE (Polish)
