There will be a new locker room for children attending kindergarten (for rooms in the old and new parts). At the same time, there will be a second entrance to the ground level (level -1) of the new part and a small locker room at this level for younger children. The entire building will be adapted to new heat requirements after construction and will be available at all levels for people with reduced mobility, also for people on a wheelchair and I have with children in wheelchairs. In front of the main entrance a ramp will be added, and a passenger crane connecting all the floors of the new and existing part of the building will be added. Projekt obejmuje rozbudowę, budynku Przedszkola nr 1 w Ustrzykach Dolnych. Planowana pow. dydaktyczna nowej części: 190, m 2 . Planowana rozbud. będzie jedno – i dwu kondygnac. łącznik podpiwniczony. Polegać będzie na powiększeniu obiektu od strony południowej o dodatkowe sale dydaktyczne, w tym salę ćwiczeń i gabinet logopedyczny, szatnie i pomieszczenia pomocnicze (o łącznej pow. 754,4 m 2 ). Nowa część budynku zostanie połączona przeszklonym łącznikiem z częścią istniejącą na poziomie obecnego parteru. Przy łączniku powstanie nowa szatnia dla dzieci uczęszczających do przedszkola (do sal w starej i nowej części). Równocześnie powstanie drugie wejście na poziom przyziemia (poziom -1) nowej części i małą szatnię na tym poziomie dla dzieci młodszych. Cały budynek po budowie zostanie dostosowany do nowych wymogów cieplnych oraz będzie dostępny na każdym poziomie dla osób z ograniczoną zdolnością poruszania się, również dla osób na wózku i mam z dziećmi w wózkach. Przed głównym wejściem zostanie dobudowana pochylnia, a w łączniku dźwig osobowy łączący wszystkie kondygnacje nowej i istniejącej części budynku. ZAKRES ROBÓT - Planuje się rozbudowę istniejącego budynku przedszkola na cele powstania żłobka. - Projektowana rozbudowa będzie jedno- i dwukondygnacyjna, łącznik podpiwniczony. - Planowana rozbudowa polegać będzie na powiększeniu obiektu od strony południowej o dodatkowe sale zajęć, szatnie i pomieszczenia pomocnicze. - Planuje się budowę w systemie tradycyjnym (wylewanie betonu na budowie i murowanie): układ konstrukcyjny w oparciu o ściany nośne murowane, uzupełnione miejscowo słupami i podciągami żelbetowymi, stropy monolityczne żelbetowe, dachy dwuspadowe na konstrukcji drewnianej, pokryte blachą dachówkową. - Obecna funkcja budynku rozszerzona o żlobek, przewiduje się stworzenie dodatkowo 3 oddziałów dla dzieci w wieku do lat 3. - Projektuje się malowanie całego nowego budynku. - W wybudowanej części obiektu zastaną wykonane potrzebne instalacje.
