Celem projektu jest zapewnienie spełnienia podstawowych potrzeb osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji, poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do mieszkań socjalnych. Cel ten bezpośrednio koresponduje z celem szczegółowym nr 2 w ramach VI Osi Priorytetowej Spójność Przestrzenna i Społeczna (RPO WP 2014-2020), tj. Lepsza dostępność usług publicznych (w zakresie zapewnienia lepiej przygotowanej infrastruktury, będącej uzupełnieniem usług w zakresie pomocy społecznej). Za cele szczegółowe uznać należy: -Rozwój bazy lokalowej z zakresu mieszkalnictwa socjalnego z uwzględnieniem potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych; -Wsparcie procesu ekonomicznego i społecznego usamodzielnienia się osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do mieszkań socjalnych (5 lokali); -Wsparcie procesu aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem (powiązanie projektu ze wsparciem EFS na rzecz osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym).
