The aim of the project is to increase access to social services in the area of childcare for children up to the age of 3 in the Dębica commune, which will contribute to increasing the professional activity of residents (mainly women), their reintegration into the labour market and eliminating and countering various forms of social exclusion. An important aspect is also improving the quality and effectiveness of elementary education in the municipality of Dębica. This project covers the extension of the ZS building in Brzeźnica with a nursery with accompanying facilities and the purchase of necessary equipment. The nursery was divided into two parts. The educational part, which will include rooms and a part of the facilities with kitchen and auxiliary rooms. The educational section is divided into two rooms for two divisions of 16 children. The nursery will be called up for the following functions: caring, educational and educational care for children of age: from the age of 20 weeks to the age of 3. They will be the first childcare facilities up to the age of 3 in the municipality of Dębica. The applicant envisages the application of preferences for the use of the infrastructure created and the equipment purchased first by vulnerable persons, including those from marginalised communities. The result of the project will be to increase the development potential of children through prior provision of professional nursery care. The project will have an impact on increasing the level of professional, economic and educational activity among parents and carers, who will have the opportunity to leave the child in crèche and perform paid work during that time. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności do usług społecznych w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do 3 roku życia na terenie Gminy Dębica, co przyczyni się do zwiększenia aktywności zawodowej mieszkańców (głównie kobiet), ich przywrócenia na rynek pracy oraz niwelowania i przeciwdziałania różnorodnym formom wykluczenia społecznego. Ważnym aspektem jest również podniesienie jakości i efektywności kształcenia elementarnego na terenie Gminy Dębica. Niniejszy projekt obejmuje rozbudowę budynku ZS w Brzeźnicy o żłobek z zapleczem towarzyszącym oraz zakup niezbednego wyposażenia. Żłobek podzielono na dwie części. Część edukacyjną, w której znajdować się będą sale oraz część zaplecza z kuchnią i pomieszczeniami pomocniczymi. Część edukacyjna z podziałem na dwie sale dla dwóch oddziałów po 16 dzieci. Żłobek będzie powołany do sprawowania funkcji: opiekuńczej, wychowawczej i edukacyjnej nad dziećmi w wieku: od ukończenia 20 tygodnia życia do lat 3. Będą to piersze miejsca opieki nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia na terenie Gminy Dębica. Wnioskodawca przewidział zastosowanie preferencji w zakresie korzystania z powstałej infrastruktury i zakupionego wyposażenia w pierwszej kolejności przez osoby znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji, w tym osób ze społeczności marginalizowanych. Efektem projektu będzie podniesienie potencjału rozwojowego dzieci poprzez wcześniejsze objęcie ich profesjonalną opieką żłobkową. Projekt bedzie miał wpływ podandto na zwiększenie poziomu aktywności zawodowej, gospodarczej, edukacyjnej wśród rodziców i opiekunów, którzy będą mieli możliwość pozostawienia dziecka w żłobku i wykonywania w tym czasie pracy zarobkowej.
