The project is addressed to 50 MATEK from the communes of the Białystok Subregion with an above-average percentage of social assistance benefits due to unemployment suffering a great deal due to two reasons. The aim is to increase their professional participation and social reintegration through comprehensive support based on the CPA. The project was created after an in-depth analysis of the needs and expectations of women and responds to the low level of life competences, withdrawal from the Republic of Poland and the outdated professional qualifications of MATEK and their insufficient experience, is also a response to the mismatch of the instruments supporting socio-occupational reintegration to their individual needs. The leader and partner in the multisectoral partnership developed a set of comprehensive and individualised forms of support: preparation of IAC for each beneficiary, meetings of support groups, workshops developing life competences, throughout the project care of a psychologist, sociotherapist, lawyer and mediator. In addition, during the course of classes with mothers – animation classes will be organised for their children. 40 BO will pass a professional course confirming qualifications/vocational competences (prepared vocational courses concern occupations sought in the local Republic of Poland), individual job intermediation, and 20 will hold 4-month professional internships. The support instruments will be adapted to the specific needs of the participants concerned (due to age, education and status in the Republic of Poland), the support is adapted to people with disabilities. The project shall be included in: SRWP until 2020, National Programme Against Poverty and Social Exclusion 2020, Strategy of Social Policy War. Podlaski to 2020. The following bonus conditions will be implemented within the project: 1.multi-sector partnership, 2.support for people experiencing multiple exclusion, 3. communes with above average percentage of social assistance benefits due to unemployment, 4. the use of innovative solutions of PO KL. Projekt jest skierowany do 50 MATEK z gmin Subregionu Białostockiego o ponadprzeciętnym odsetku świadczeń pomocy społecznej z tytułu bezrobocia doświadczających WIELOKROTNEGO WYKLUCZENIA z powodu dwóch przesłanek. 40 BO przejdzie kurs zawodowy potwierdzający kwalifikacje/kompetencje zawodowe (przygotowane kursy zawodowe dotyczą zawodów poszukiwanych na lokalnym RP), indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy, a 20 odbędzie 4-miesięczne staże zawodowe. Podlaskiego do 2020. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną następujące warunki premiujące: 1.partnerstwo wielosektorowe, 2.wsparcie os. doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia, 3. z gmin o ponadprzeciętnym odsetku świadczeń pomocy społecznej z tytułu bezrobocia, 4.wykorzystanie rozwiązań innowacyjnych PO KL.
