The “Actives – Included” project implemented from 01.01.2018 to 30.06.2019 in the socio-private partnership. A programme for the integration of people at risk of social exclusion will be implemented, aimed at socio-occupational activation using social, professional, educational and health activation instruments, providing comprehensive and individualised support based on a path of reintegration created on a case-by-case basis, taking into account problems, resources, potential, predispositions, needs (proj.1). Main objective: Increase reintegration and socio-occupational activity of 50 people at risk of social exclusion – 35 women and 15 men from the Suwałki region between 01.01.2018 and 30.06.2019, by extending them to a comprehensive reintegration programme strengthening their employability supported by advisory, educational, employment and health instruments. Target group: 50 wasps. (35 K and 15 M) of Suwalski area; persons: benefiting from or qualifying for social assistance as referred to in Article 1 2 of the Act of 13 June 2003 on social employment, qualified to the third aid profile, with disabilities, with a child with disabilities, dependent, benefiting from the POPŻ. Main tasks – Reintegration: 1) Social – psychological and legal counseling, Training of Social Skills, coaching. 2) professional/advising instruments – professional advice and IPD, 3) vocational education instruments – 6 courses 4) professional/direct entry into the labour market and employment sustainability – internships, employment intermediation and coaching, 5) professional/health instruments – EEG Biofeedback Main results: 50 people at risk of social exclusion (including 2 with disabilities) covered by the programme, 16 people will be qualified for the profession, 18 people will get job-staffing status, 6 – working status, 10 will gain digital competence. Projekt „Aktywni - Włączeni” realizowany od 01.01.2018 r. do 30.06.2019 w partnerstwie społeczno -prywatnym. Wdrożony zostanie program na rzecz integracji osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym ukierunkowany na aktywizację społeczno-zawodową wykorzystującą instrumenty aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej, edukacyjnej, zdrowotnej, zapewniające wsparcie kompleksowe oraz zindywidualizowane w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdego, z uwzględnieniem problemów, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji, potrzeb ( typ proj.1). Cel główny: Zwiększenie reintegracji i aktywności społeczno – zawodowej 50 os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym – 35 kobiet i 15 mężczyzn z pow. suwalskiego w okresie od 01.01.2018 r. do 30.06.2019 poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym programem reintegracyjnym wzmacniającym ich zdolności do zatrudnienia wspartym na instrumentach doradczych, edukacyjnych, zatrudnieniowych i zdrowotnych. Grupa docelowa: 50 os. (35 K i 15 M) z pow. suwalskiego; osoby: korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikujące się objęciem tą pomocą, o których mowa w art. 1 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 13 czerwca 2003 r. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym, zakwalifikowane do III profilu pomocy, z niepełnosprawnością, z dzieckiem z niepełnosprawnością, niesamodzielne, korzystające z POPŻ. Główne zadania - Reintegracja: 1) społeczna – poradnictwo psychologiczne i prawne, Trening Umiejętności Społecznych, coaching. 2) zawodowa/ instrumenty doradcze - doradztwo zawodowe i IPD, 3) zawodowa/ instrumenty edukacji zawodowej - 6 kursów 4) zawodowa/ instrumenty bezpośredniego wejścia na rynek pracy i trwałości zatrudnienia – staże, pośrednictwo pracy i coaching, 5) zawodowa/ instrumenty zdrowotne – EEG Biofeedback Główne rezultaty: 50 os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym (w tym 2 z niepełnosprawnością) objęte programem, 16 os. uzyska kwalifikacje zwodowe, 18 os. uzyska status poszykającycych pracy, 6 - status pracujących, 10 uzyska kompetencje cyfrowe.
