(according to the catalogue of target gr. for Action 7.1 SZOOP RPOWP 2014-2020) living in the city of Hajnówka (as defined by the provisions of the CCC). In particular, it is aimed at providing support for: beneficiaries of social assistance benefits in accordance with the Social Assistance Act of 12.03.2004; referred to in Article 1(2) of the Social Employment Act of 13.06.2003; beneficiaries of OPs and unemployed persons registered in the PUP (III aid profile), supported by the Centre (full of access to section 5.3.16-2). Met with. 3 k. prem.: it’s a point. 5.3.25-1,2,4. The project assumes comprehensive support, tailored to the needs of the participants. Individualisation of support will contribute to the activation of people in particular labour market situations at risk of social exclusion. The following actions are foreseen within the framework of the following activities: individual path of social reintegration, guidance and individual support and group support in the field of improving life competences and socio-occupational skills, legal guidance, vocational training and internships and intermediation of work. Projekt skierowany jest do 50 osób (30K,20M) w wieku (18-64 lata) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl.społ. (zgodnie z katalogiem gr. docelowych dla Działania 7.1 SZOOP RPOWP 2014-2020) zamieszkujących obszar miasta Hajnówka (w rozumieniu przepisów KC). W szczególności pr. ukierunkowany jest na objęcie wsparciem os.: korzystających ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z d. 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ.; o których mowa w art.1 ust.2 ustawy z d.13.06.2003 r. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym; korzystających z PO PŻ oraz os. bezrobotne zarejestrowane w PUP (III profil pomocy), objęte wsparciem Ośrodka (spełnione k. dostępu. reg. pkt 5.3.16-2). Spełnione z. 3 k. prem.: pkt. 5.3.25-1,2,4. Projekt zakłada kompleksowe wsparcie, dostosowane do potrzeb uczestników. Indywidualizacja wsparcia przyczyni się do aktywizacji zawodowej osób w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. W ramach pr. przewidziano następujące działania:indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji społ.-zaw., poradnictwo i wsparcie indywidualne oraz grupowe w zakresie podniesienia kompetencji życiowych i umiejętności społeczno-zawodowych, poradnictwo prawne, szkolenia zawodowe oraz staże i pośrednictwo pracy.
