The subject of the project, as indicated by its title, is the revaluation of cultural heritage objects located in the area and in the immediate vicinity of the former Upper Castle in Opole. The implementation of the project will restore their useful values, improve their technical condition and make them available to residents and tourists. As a result of the investment in reconstructed premises, there will be a place for the exhibition of cultural heritage concerning the area covered by the project. In addition, as part of the project, the area around the Upper Castle will be developed with the exposing of the former defensive moat. The whole project consists of the following tasks: 1. Reconstruction with change of use of the gate of the Upper Castle and the Building of Physics of Mechanical Schools at ul. Opole 2. Development of the area along the street. Opole for recreational purposes 3. Renovation of stairs connecting the Small Market Square with Pl. Copernicus in Opole 4. Renovation of the lower square in front of the stairs connecting the Small Market Square with Pl. Copernicus in Opole 5. Repair of the facade of the Main Building and Building No. 2 of the Mechanical School Complex in Opole 6. Supervision of the investment 7. Purchase of equipment 8. Information and promotion of the project All tasks planned in the framework of the project will comprehensively revive the cultural heritage objects in the area of the former Upper Castle, completely renewing the space of this historical fragment of the centre of Opole. Przedmiotem realizowanego projektu, jak wskazuje jego tytuł, jest rewaloryzacja obiektów dziedzictwa kulturowego położonych na terenie oraz w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie dawnego Zamku Górnego w Opolu. W ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia zostaną przywrócone ich wartości użytkowe, poprawi się ich stan techniczny oraz zostanie umożliwione ich udostępnienie mieszkańcom i turystom. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji w przebudowanych pomieszczeniach powstanie miejsce na ekspozycję dziedzictwa kulturowego dotyczącego obszaru objętego projektem. Ponadto w ramach projektu zagospodarowany zostanie teren wokół Zamku Górnego z wyeksponowaniem dawnej fosy obronnej. Na całokształt projektu składają się następujące zadania: 1. Przebudowa ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania bramy Zamku Górnego i Budynku Fizyki Zespołu Szkół Mechanicznych przy ul. Opolczyka 2. Zagospodarowanie terenu wzdłuż ul. Opolczyka na cele rekreacyjne 3. Remont schodów łączących Mały Rynek z Pl. Kopernika w Opolu 4. Remont placu dolnego przed schodami łączącymi Mały Rynek z Pl. Kopernika w Opolu 5. Naprawa elewacji Budynku Głównego i Budynku nr 2 Zespołu Szkół Mechanicznych w Opolu 6. Nadzór nad inwestycją 7. Zakup wyposażenia 8. Informacja i promocja projektu Wszystkie przewidziane w ramach projektu zadania w sposób kompleksowy zrewaloryzują obiekty dziedzictwa kulturowego na obszarze dawnego Zamku Górnego całkowicie odnawiając przestrzeń tego fragmentu historycznego centrum Opola.
