The main aim of the project is to improve the quality and extended scope of public e-services provided by PWSTE in Jarosław for students, teachers and external stakeholders. The main objective consists of sub-targets, as follows:– to improve the quality of students through the access of specific programmes [e-Hospital, e-Business] on the basis of e-services, to improve the conditions of study by increasing the catalogue of issues to be dealt with on the basis of e-services, – improving the working conditions of teachers and adm. by introducing new e-services, shortening the circulation path, service time, – increasing access to the infrastructure of the University for the needs of under-complete persons. Celem głównym projektu jest wyższa jakość i rozszerzony zakres e-usług publicznych świadczonych przez PWSTE w Jarosławiu dla studentów, nauczycieli i interesariuszy zewn. Na cel główny składają się cele cząstkowe, jak poniżej:– poprawa jakości kszt. studentów poprzez dostęp spec. programów [e-Szpital, e-Biznes] na zasadach e-usługi,– poprawa warunków studiowania poprzez zwiększenie katalogu spraw możliwość do załatwienia na zasadzie e-usługi,– poprawa warunków pracy nauczycieli i pracowników adm. poprzez wprowadzenie nowych e-usług, skrócenie ścieżki obiegu, czasu obsługi,– zwiększenie dostępności infrastruktury Uczelni dla potrzeb osób niepełn. Przedmiotem projektu, zestawem działań służący, osiągnięciu zamierzonych efektów jest uruchomienie następujący e-usług świadczonych przez PWSTE:1. e-Studia – zbiór usług dla studentów, kandydatów, absolwentów kadry dydaktycznej wprowadzający elektroniczną obsługę spraw związanych z studiami, [typ A2C/A2B - 8 usług w tym, poziom 1 - 1 usł., poziom 3 - 4 usł., poziom 4 - 3 usł. 2. e-Wydarzenia – system do obsługi Konferencji, Wydarzeń, Dni Otwartych – pozwalający na rejestrację użytkowników, bieżące informowanie o wydarzeniach, dostępny klient na urządzenia mobilne [typ A2C/A2B - 6 usług, w tym poziom 1 - 1 usł., poziom 2 - 2 usł., poziom 3 - 1 usł., poziom 4 - 2 usł.3. e-Edukacja – udostępnienie dla studentów i prowadzących dostępu do systemów obsługi szpitala oraz symulacji firmy [e-Szpital, e-Biznes], typ A2C4. modernizację serwisów WEB Uczelni – ujednolicenie wygłądu, układu treści, wprowadzanie zgodności z aktualnymi wymogami (WCAG, HTNL5, ), dodanie nowych funkcjonalnościRealizacja tych usług wymaga dodatkowych inwestycji w celu zapewniania im wymaganego poziomu stabilności i jakości:1. Zakup nowej platformy serwerowej i powiększenia zasobów dyskowych (e-Studia, serwisy WEB, obsługa e-Szpital, e-Biznes),2. Zakup oprogramowania do zarządzania maszynami wirtualnymi,3. Licencji na serwer bazy danych Oracle 11g. (Polish)
