The aim of the project is to implement innovative tool and technological solutions in the machining process for the aerospace industry. Implementation of the abovementioned technologies, based on proprietary solutions resulting from the company’s results and commissioned R & D works for economic and technological reasons – requires construction of a construction facility. The funds invested in the construction of the hall, infrastructure and equipment will be used to market a new product not yet produced by the applicant and the provision of specialised implementation services that meet the quality standards of the aviation industry. New products to implement their own and commissioned R & D works will be:- Heads for high-performance and speed milling of light alloys used for aerospace structures characterised by the possibility of smooth adjustment of interchangeable inserts. The desire for such solutions results from the research carried out together with PZL – Mielec during another project and are indicated in the confirming letter from Polskie Zakłady Aeronautics attached to the proposal.- Multi-purpose shape tools – tools for complete processing of the geometry characteristics of aeronautical structures occurring e.g. in castings – sets of holes, deepenings, phases, planning enabling completion on a single tool. Launch of technical support for machining process with aeronautical construction elements aimed at:- selection and development of product production technology using machining, – conducting simulation of the machining process – selection of tools, machines, instrumentation – implementation of the product for production – participation in supervision of the inventory of tools and production process. To develop technologies and implement new products and services will be used by own results of R & D from completed tasks carried out in the project. Uruchomienie usługi wsparcia technicznego procesu obróbki skrawaniem lotniczych elementów konstrukcyjnych mającej na celu:- doborze i opracowaniu technologii produkcji wyrobów za pomocą obróbki skrawaniem, - przeprowadzaniem symulacji procesu obróbki - doborem narzędzi, maszyn, oprzyrządowania- wdrożeniem wyrobu do produkcji- współudział w nadzorze nad stanami magazynowymi narzędzi i procesem produkcji.Do opracowania technologii i wdrażania nowych produktów i usług posłużą własne wyniki B+R z zakończonych zadań realizowanych w projekcie Innolot oraz zakupione wyniki z Politechniki Rzeszowskiej zleconych prac B+R.
