The project will be implemented in partnership. The leader is the Municipality of Brzeg, Partner – Museum of Silesian Piasts in Brzeg. The Partner’s task:substantive assistance in the development of information and promotional materials concerning the history of the City Hall in Brzeg. The subject of the project is: —conservative renovation of the historic Town Hall building, i.e.: three wings of the roof, the helmet of the clock tower, the roof of the connector, the renovation of the facade, the pavement of the courtyard, and the rooms i.e.: a ceiling hall, a mirror room with a small corridor, -purchase of equipment for the organisation of a permanent exhibition devoted to the history of the Town Hall, i.e.: portable audio system with volume control and two types of museum displaycases (for presentation of objects found in the time capsule found during the renovation of the clock tower helmet), -purchase of a mock-up of an intramarket block (Ratusz with dresses) with Braille tablets, which will allow the blind to “see” the Town Hall, -purchase of a hologram presenting the City Hall during the Middle Ages: investor, conservation, archaeological, information and promotion activities. The entire scope of the work consists of Letter D.3. IT’S SWI. The building and the area covered by the project have been entered in the register of monuments.The Town Hall houses the City Council Office, USC Wedding Hall, Contemporary Art Gallery run by Brzeskie Centrum Kultury, in the Large Floor Hall the Council meetings are most often held, in the basement there is a restaurant “Ratuszowa”. City Hall is a place for celebrations organised in Brzeg: visits of important civil servants, conventions, scientific symposiums, readings. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie. Liderem jest Gmina Brzeg, Partnerem - Muzeum Piastów Śląskich w Brzegu. Zadanie Partnera:pomoc merytoryczna przy opracowywaniu materiałów informacyjnych i promocyjnych dotyczących dziejów Ratusza w Brzegu. Przedmiotem projektu jest: -remont konserwatorski zabytkowego budynku Ratusza tj: trzech skrzydeł dachu, hełmu wieży zegarowej, dachu łącznika, remont elewacji, nawierzchni dziedzińca, oraz pomieszczeń tj.:sali stropowej, sali lustrzanej z korytarzem małym, -zakup wyposażenia do organizacji stałej wystawy poświęconej historii Ratusza tj.: przenośnego systemu audio z regulacją głośności oraz dwóch rodzajów gablot muzealnych (do prezentacji przedmiotów odnalezionych w kapsule czasu, znalezionej w trakcie remontu hełmu wieży zegarowej), -zakup makiety bloku śródrynkowego (Ratusz z sukiennicami) z tabliczkami w języku Braille’a, co pozwoli osobom niewidzącym „zobaczyć” Ratusz, -zakup hologramu przedstawiającego Ratusz w okresie epoki średniowiecza W projekcie przewidziano nadzór: inwestorski, konserwatorski, archeologiczny, działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Cały zakres prac zwiera Litera D.3. SWI. Obiekt oraz obszar objęty projektem zostały wpisane do rejestru zabytków.W Ratuszu mieści się Biuro Rady Miejskiej, Sala ślubów USC, Galeria Sztuki Współczesnej prowadzona przez Brzeskie Centrum Kultury, w Dużej Sali Stropowej najczęściej odbywają się posiedzenia Rady, w piwnicy mieści się restauracja "Ratuszowa". Ratusz jest miejscem dla organizowanych w Brzegu uroczystości: wizyt ważnych urzędników państwowych, zjazdów, sympozjów naukowych, odczytów. W budynku Ratusza na potrzeby organizacji stałej wystawy zostanie udostępniona Sala Lustrzana, Duża Sala Stropowa, korytarz mały. Zakupione zostanie wyposażenie. W projekcie sfinansowane zostaną koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób niepełnosprawnych; Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem – 1 szt. -Liczba wspartych obiektów dziedzictwa kulturowego -1 szt.
