This project will be implemented in partnership between Nysa Municipality and Prudnik Municipality and Prudnik Forestry. The following in-kind tasks are foreseen: the Municipality of Nysa: Conservation of biodiversity – Municipal Park in Nysa with promotional activities; Conservation of biodiversity – Dry moat in Nysa with promotional activities. b) Prudnik Municipality: Construction of a walking – bike path by the existing water reservoir at ul. Poniatowski in Prudnik. c) Prudnik Forestry: It’s a natural promotion. In addition to the above-mentioned task carried out by the Municipality of Nysa, investor and natural supervision will be carried out for the entire scope of the project implemented by the Municipality of Nysa, information and promotional activities of the project itself and the cost of the project documentation developed for the scope of the so-called. A dry moat. In turn, the task carried out by Prudnik Municipality additionally includes carrying out investor supervision and information and promotion activities of the project itself. The degree of achievement of project results will be verified on the basis of product indicators: • Number of habitats/plant communities covered by the project: 5,00 pieces, • Number of supported forms of nature conservation: 110 pieces, • Total area of reclaimed land: 19,3728 ha, • Number of species to be reintroduced: 1 pcs The scope of the project in the part assigned to the implementation of the Nysa Municipality will take place in the city park in Nysa, which 3.01.1995 was entered in the register of monuments under No 298/95. The Municipal Park in Nysa and the Radoszyński mines are also located in the Municipal Register of Historical Monuments on the basis of Order No. 74/2015 of the Mayor of Nysa of 3.02.2015. These decisions, together with the annexes, and the relevant description are attached in a separate Annex. Moreover, in a separate Annex, the list also includes information on the types of animal and plant species protected, inter alia, of endangered habitats. (English)

    Niniejszy projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie pomiędzy Gminą Nysa a Gminą Prudnik i Nadleśnictwem Prudnik. Przewidziano realizację następujących zadań rzeczowych: a) Gmina Nysa: Ochrona bioróżnorodności- Park Miejski w Nysie wraz z działaniami promocyjnymi; Ochrona bioróżnorodności- Sucha fosa w Nysie wraz z działaniami promocyjnymi. b) Gmina Prudnik: Budowa ścieżki pieszo - rowerowej przy istniejącym zbiorniku wodnym przy ul. Poniatowskiego w Prudniku. c) Nadleśnictwo Prudnik: Promocja przyrodnicza. Oprócz ww. w ramach zadania realizowanego przez Gminę Nysa wykonany zostanie nadzór inwestorski i przyrodniczy dla całego zakresu projektu realizowanego przez Gminę Nysa, działania informacyjne i promocyjne samego projektu oraz zostanie sfinansowany koszt dokumentacji projektowej opracowanej dla zakresu dotyczącego tzw. Suchej fosy. Z kolei zadanie realizowane przez Gminę Prudnik dodatkowo obejmuje swoim zakresem przeprowadzenie nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz działań informacyjno-promocyjnych samego projektu. Stopień osiągnięcia efektów realizacji projektu zostanie zweryfikowany w oparciu o wskaźniki produktu: • Liczba siedlisk/zbiorowisk roślinnych objętych projektem: 5,00 szt., • Liczba wspartych form ochrony przyrody: 110 szt., • Łączna powierzchnia zrekultywowanych gruntów: 19,3728 ha, • Liczba gatunków objętych reintrodukcją: 1 szt. Zakres projektu w części przypisanej do realizacji Gminie Nysa będzie miał miejsce w graniach Parku Miejskiego w Nysie, który 3.01.1995r. został wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod nr 298/95. Park Miejski w Nysie oraz Obwałowania Radoszyńskie znajdują się również w Gminnej Ewidencji Zabytków na podstawie Zarządzenia nr 74/2015 Burmistrza Nysy z 3.02.2015r.. Decyzje te wraz z załącznikami, a także stosownym opisem dołączono w ramach odrębnego załącznika. Co więcej, w ramach odrębnego załącznika, w formie wykazu dołączono również informacje na temat rodzajów gatunków zwierząt i roślin objętych ochroną m.in. zagrożonych siedlisk. (Polish)
