The project consists of creating an innovative mobile and comprehensive service, which will consist of sampling, dosing of hydrocarbon corrosion inhibitors together with analysis of the parameter of the gas corrosion class on-site at the customer. The mobile laboratory will arrive at the location specified by the Customer, a sample of gas will be taken, the test-defined corrosion class and the appropriate amount of corrosion inhibitors will be tested on site using a mobile dispensing/mixing kit, in accordance with the innovative method of application of the agent with confirmation of the effectiveness of the inhibitor. The entire operation will significantly reduce time, costs and improve the whole quality service process. The project will be carried out through the purchase of a postjadium, with a photovoltaic panel with a power of at least 2 kW, which is its integral equipment. The test equipment will be powered by solar energy. The car will be adapted to transport installations and testers for gas consumption, and will be adapted to install a bath for corrosion class marking and all the work related to this test. The vehicle will be purchased from an authorised car dealer and adapted to the requirements of a specialised means of transport. The samplers, the sampling system, the corrosion class bath will be purchased separately from different suppliers and mounted on the car.The adapted car will be subjected to technical tests so that it can be checked as a means of specialised transport. The car with equipment will be a specialised car (technical laboratory vehicle)-KŚT 743 closely related to the project, necessary for its implementation and used for its intended purpose. The implementation of the project will allow the implementation of the company’s policy aimed at consulting and servicing the petrochemical industry, and the mobile and comprehensive service meets the requirements of the Clients.     Projekt polega na utworzenie innowacyjnej mobilnej i kompleksowej usługi, która polegać będzie na poborze próbek, dozowania inhibitorów korozji do gazów węglowodorowych wraz z analityką parametru klasy korozji gazu na miejscu u klienta. Mobilne laboratorium dojedzie w określone przez Klienta miejsce, zostanie pobrana próbka gazu, na miejscu zbadana-określona klasa korozji i zadozowana odpowiednia ilość inhibitora korozji za pomocą mobilnego zestawu dozująco-mieszającego, zgodnie z innowacyjną metodą aplikacji środka z potwierdzeniem skuteczności inhibitora. Cała operacja pozwoli znacznie ograniczyć czas, koszty i usprawni cały proces obsługi jakościowej. Realizacji projektu będzie odbywać się poprzez zakup pozjadu, z panelem fotowoltaicznym o mocy co najmniej 2 kW stanowiącym jego integralne wyposażenie. Urządzenia do wykonywania badań będą zasilane energią słoneczną. Samochód będzie przystosowany do przewozu instalacji i próbników do poboru gazu , przystosowane będzie miejsce do zainstalowania łaźni do oznaczania klasy korozji i wszystkich prac związanych z tym badaniem. Pojazd zostanie zakupiony u autoryzowanego dealera samochodów i przystosowany do wymogów specjalistycznego środka transportu. Próbniki, instalacja do poboru próbek, łaźnia do oznacz. klasy korozji zostaną zakupione odrębnie u różnych dostawców i zamontowane na samochodzie.Przystosowany samochód zostanie poddany badaniom technicznym, aby mógł być zaewidencjonowany jako środek transportu specjalistycznego. Samochód z wyposażeniem będzie samochodem specjalistycznym (pojazd laboratorium technicznego )-KŚT 743-ściśle związany z projektem, niezbędnym do jego realizacji i wykorzystany zgodnie z przeznaczeniem. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na realizację polityki firmy skierowanej na doradztwo i obsługę branży petrochemicznej, a mobilna i kompleksowa usługa sprosta wymaganiom Klientów.
