Projekt ma na celu utworzenie innowacyjnego serwisu oferującego 2 e-usługi.Pierwsza z nich będzie polegała na umożliwieniu automatycznego wypełnianie dokumentów elektronicznych oraz przesyłanie dokumentów do instytucji z wykorzystaniem podpisu elektronicznego (lub samodzielnie przez użytkowników poprzez dokonanie wydruku gotowych dokumentów),Druga będzie umożliwiała przechowywanie przygotowanych formularzy w celu wykorzystania do innych spraw, a także do śledzenia postępu załatwiania poszczególnych zdarzeń przez instytucje.Celem oferowanych e-usług jest ułatwienie przygotowywania i zarządzania dokumentami składanymi w zewnętrznych instytucjach takich jak na przykład Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych, Urząd Skarbowy, banki, czy instytucje finansowe. Poprzez korzystanie z portalu www.kwitki.pl użytkownicy indywidualni i instytucjonalni będą mogli zaoszczędzić czas i minimalizować nakłady konieczne do przygotowania i wyszukiwania licznych dokumentów.Po opracowaniu e-usług będą one świadczone za pomocą systemów teleinformatycznych w publicznych sieciach telekomunikacyjnych, na indywidualne żądanie użytkownika serwisu, który będzie ich usługobiorcą. Realizacja usług nie będzie wymagała fizycznego kontaktu uczestnika z pracownikami serwisu i będzie następowała zgodnie z zakresem oraz w czasie określanym każdorazowo poprzez użytkownika serwisu. Idea projektu ułatwia dostęp do oferowanej usługi dla wszystkich osób, bez względu na miejsce zamieszkania, płeć, wiek czy zatrudnienie. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to create an innovative service offering 2 e-services.The first will consist of allowing automatic completion of electronic documents and sending documents to the institution using an electronic signature (or independently by users by printing ready-to-use documents), the second will allow the storage of prepared forms for the purpose of using other matters, as well as to track the progress of dealing with individual events by institutions.The aim of the offered e-services is to facilitate the preparation and management of documents submitted by the Office in external cases.The aim of the offered e-services is to facilitate the preparation and management of documents submitted by the Office. By using the www.kwitki.pl portal, individual and institutional users will be able to save time and minimise the effort needed to prepare and search for numerous documents.After developing e-services, they will be provided through ICT systems in public telecommunications networks, at the individual request of the service user, who will be their service provider. The implementation of the services will not require physical contact of the participant with the employees of the service and will follow the scope and time determined each time by the website user. The idea of the project facilitates access to the service offered to all persons, regardless of their place of residence, sex, age or employment. (English)
