As part of the investment, it is planned to: 1) Sewerage construction in Mielnik – stage III – 921.00 m canal, 34 branches, 1 individual pumping plant; 2) Reconstruction of the water supply network in Mielnik (with a total length of 0.85 km) in the streets: a. White (0.53 km long); B. Dubois (0.32 km long); 3) Modernisation of the water intake “Grabowiec” in Mielnik: a. Reconstruction of water nodes in deep-sea wells SW1 on plot No 6852 and SW2 on plot No. 6853 in Mielnik and pressing sections for the connecting tee; B. Modernisation of 4 water nodes in Mielnik; C. Purchase of a generator; In addition, expenditure on investor supervision and feasibility studies are foreseen in the project. The implementation of the project will allow the following indicators to be achieved: at product level: — Length of built sanitary sewage system – 0.92 km; — Length of reconstructed water supply – 0,85 km; at the level of the result: — Number of additional persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment – 117 RLM; — Number of additional persons benefiting from improved water supply – 98 people; — Daily capacity of modernised water intakes – 340 m³/day; — Increased employment in supported entities (other than companies) – 0 FTEs; The total cost of the investment will amount to PLN 2 445363.00 (gross), of which eligible expenditure will amount to PLN 1 988 100.00, VAT is not an eligible cost. The grant of 85 % of eligible costs will amount to PLN 1 689 884.99. The remaining amount of eligible costs in the amount of PLN 298215,01 and the total ineligible costs is the own contribution of the Municipality of Mielnik. W ramach inwestycji planuje się: 1) Budowę kanalizacji w Mielniku - III etap - 921,00 m kanału, 34 odgałęzienia, 1 przepompownia indywidualna; 2) Przebudowę sieci wodociągowej w Mielniku (o długości łącznej 0,85 km) w ulicach: a. Biała (o długości 0,53 km); b. Duboisa (o długości 0,32 km); 3) Modernizację ujęcia wody „Grabowiec” w Mielniku: a. Przebudowa węzłów wodnych w studniach głębinowych SW1 na działce nr 6852 i SW2 na działce nr 6853 w Mielniku oraz odcinków tłocznych do trójnika połączeniowego; b. Modernizacja 4 węzłów wodnych w Mielniku; c. Zakup agregatu prądotwórczego; Dodatkowo przewidziano w projekcie wydatki na nadzór inwestorski oraz sporządzenie studium wykonalności. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: a) na poziomie produktu: - Długość wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej - 0,92 km; - Długość przebudowanej sieci wodociągowej – 0,85 km; b) na poziomie rezultatu: – Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków – 117 RLM; – Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrzenia w wodę - 98 osób; – Wydajność dobowa zmodernizowanych ujęć wody - 340 m3/dobę; – Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) – 0 EPC; Łączny koszt inwestycji wyniesie 2 445363,00 zł (brutto), z czego wydatki kwalifikowane będą stanowić 1 988 100,00 zł, podatek VAT nie jest kosztem kwalifikowanym. Dotacja w wysokości 85% kosztów kwalifikowalnych będzie stanowić 1 689 884,99 zł. Pozostała kwota kosztów kwalifikowalnych w wysokości 298215,01 zł oraz całość kosztów niekwalifikowalnych stanowi wkład własny Gminy Mielnik.
