The main aim of the project is to acquire practical knowledge and professional experience by 56 students/participants (6K) and update the professional competences of 4 teachers (4K) from the Agricultural Schools Team in the Cross, adapted to the needs of local enterprises by 30.09.2016. The target group of the project is 56 students (50 M) from: farmer technicians, agribusiness technicians and renewable energy techniques and 4 teachers (4-K) from the Agricultural Schools Team in the Cross. Traineeships (except the programme base) of 150 hours will include 56 pupils from farmer techniques, agribusiness techniques and renewable energy systems. Written internship contracts will be concluded with the student and scholarships will be paid. Contracts will be signed with the interns’ guardians on behalf of the company. A timetable for the implementation of the traineeship will be established. Each trainee will be given the purchase of the necessary materials and to equip the workstation. The cost associated with the internship per 1 participant/cash does not exceed PLN 5000 and includes, among others: clothing/workwear, workstation equipment and operation of tools and materials necessary for traineeships, IU insurance, meals, commuting, covering medical examinations and OSH training. Internships in companies will take place under the supervision of a guardian. In traineeships carried out over a period of at least 2 weeks, 4 teachers (4K) teachers teaching the subject plant production, economic subjects and animal production will also take part in programmes for individual persons taking into account the subject taught. Jointly by the teacher/director (substantive experts from the school covered by the project) in cooperation with the company accepting the teacher for an internship. Celem głównym projektu jest zdobycie wiedzy praktycznej i doświadczenia zawodowego przez 56 uczniów/uczennice (6K) oraz aktualizacja kompetencji zawodowych 4 nauczycieli (4K) z Zespołu Szkół Rolniczych w Krzyżewie dostosowanych do potrzeb lokalnych przedsiębiorstw do 30.09.2016 r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 56 uczniów (50 M) z kierunków: technik rolnik, technik agrobiznesu i technik odnawialnych źródeł energii oraz 4 nauczycieli (4-K) z Zespołu Szkół Rolniczych w Krzyżewie. Stażami zawodowymi (wykraczającymi poza podstawę programową) w wymiarze 150 godz. zostanie objętych 56 uczniów z kierunku technik rolnik, technik agrobiznesu oraz technik urządzań i systemów energetyki odnawialnej. Z ucz. zawarte zostaną pisemne umowy stażowe oraz będą wypłacone stypendia stypendium stażowe. Zostaną podpisane umowy z opiekunami stażystów z ramienia firmy. Ustalony będzie harmonogram realizacji stażu. Każdy stażysta otrzyma zakup niezbędnych materiałów i doposażenia stanowiska pracy. Koszt związany z odbywaniem stażu przypadający na 1 uczestnika/czkę nie przekracza 5000 zł oraz obejmuje m. in: ubranie/strój roboczy, wyposażenie stanowiska pracy oraz eksploatacji narzędzi i materiałów niezbędnych do odbywania staży, ubezpieczenie NNW, posiłki, dojazdy, pokrycie koszty badań lekarskich i szkolenia BHP. Staże zawodowe w firmach będą odbywały się pod nadzorem opiekuna. W stażach realizowanych w okresie co najmniej 2 tygodni wezmą tez udział 4 nauczycielki (4K) nauczyciel uczący przedmiotu produkcja roślinna, przedmiotów ekonomicznych oraz Produkcja zwierzęca) programy zostaną opracowane dla poszczególnych osób z uwzględnieniem nauczanego przedmiotu. Wspólnie przez nauczyciela/dyrektora (eksperci merytoryczni ze szkoły objętej projektem) we współpracy z firmą przyjmująca nauczyciela na staż. Rezultatem głównym będzie liczba uczniów/nauczcyeili, którzy podniesli kompetecnja po zakończeniu projektu. (Polish)
