The apprenticeships and traineeships which are the subject of the Application are not a form of practical apprenticeship as referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 15 December 2010 on practical vocational training, because – in the case of pupils – they take place outside the time of school or practical training, as defined in the abovementioned Regulation. In the case of teachers or training instructors organised for them, traineeships shall take place outside the time when they provide services financed from sources other than those resulting from the financing agreement submitted to the Project. It is assumed to organise, during the 2016/17 and 2017/18 school years, internships or apprenticeships for 249 pupils and 5 teachers/instructors of practical apprenticeships of 300 hours for each recruited participant. It is noted that the proportion between the number of participants and the number of hours of apprenticeships may change, e.g. instead of 300 hours per 1 person, an internship for 2 persons after 150 hours or 150 hours of traineeship/study may be transferred from one participant to another who will have a total of 450 hours of practical apprenticeship, etc. This reservation allows the recruitment of pupils in the last grades, who after 150 hours of internship/practice finish school. Implementation of the Project aims to ensure a high standard and uniform conditions and procedures for the implementation of educational services within the framework of ESF interventions. Projekt dotyczy organizacji staży i praktyk dla uczniów szkół ponadgimnazjalnych, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Sokólski oraz dla nauczycieli albo instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu z tych szkół. Praktyki i staże, które są przedmiotem Wniosku nie są formą praktycznej nauki zawodu, o której mowa w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 15 grudnia 2010r. w sprawie praktycznej nauki zawodu, ponieważ – w przypadku uczniów – odbywają się poza czasem nauki szkolnej albo praktycznej nauki zawodu, w rozumieniu w/w Rozporządzenia. W przypadku nauczycieli albo instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, organizowane dla nich, staże odbywają się poza czasem świadczenia przez nich usług finansowanych ze źródeł innych niż wynikające z umowy o dofinansowanie przedkładanego Projektu. Zakłada się zorganizowanie, na przestrzeni lat szkolnych 2016/17 i 2017/18, staży lub praktyk dla 249 uczniów i 5 nauczycieli/instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu w wymiarze 300 godz. dla każdego zrekrutowanego uczestnika. Zaznacza się przy tym, że proporcje pomiędzy liczbą uczestników, a liczbą godzin odbywanych praktyk mogą ulec zmianie, np. zamiast 300 godz. przypadających na 1 osobę może być zorganizowana praktyka/staż dla 2 osób po 150 godz. lub 150 godz. praktyki/stażu może być przeniesione z jednego uczestnika na drugiego, który odbędzie w sumie 450 godz. praktycznej nauki zawodu itp. Zastrzeżenie to pozwala na objęcie rekrutacją uczniów ostatnich klas, którzy po odbyciu 150 godz. stażu/praktyki ukończą szkołę. Realizacja Projektu ma za zadanie zapewnienie wysokiego standardu oraz jednolitych warunków i procedur realizacji usług edukacyjnych w ramach interwencji EFS. Zakres wsparcia w Projekcie jest zgodny z warunkami określonymi przez IZ w Regulaminie konkursu. (Polish)
