Celem ogólnym Projektu jest poprawa atrakcyjności Gminy Jeleniewo jako miejsca zamieszkania i prowadzenia aktywności ekonomicznej mieszkańców poprzez zmniejszenie tzw. niskiej emisji zanieczyszczeń pochodzących ze spalania paliw konwencjonalnych podczas produkcji energii elektrycznej. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest wzrost efektywności energetycznej obiektu użyteczności publicznej poprzez jego termomodernizację wraz z zastosowaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii. Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Szkół w Jeleniewie. Zakres projektu obejmuje: wymianę instalacji c.o. polegającą na wymianie przewodów, grzejników, montażu zaworów termostatycznych, zaworów regulacyjnych, montażu automatycznych odpowietrzników, montażu licznika ciepła oraz wymianie kotła na kocioł kondensacyjny olejowy wraz z automatyką, montaż pomp obiegowych c.o.; montaż zaworów cyrkulacyjnych na instalacji c.w.u.; ocieplenie stropodachu wełną mineralną; ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem, metodą bezspoinową, wykończenie tynkiem; wymianę istniejących okien w hali sportowej wraz z montażem wentylacji mechanicznej z rekuperacją, wymiana stolarki drzwiowej, wymiana okien w pom. piwnicznych na nowe wraz z montażem nawiewników i montaż nawiewników w oknach istniejących; ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnicznych i fundamentowych styropianem metodą bezspoinową, wykończenie tynkiem oraz montaż naświetli piwnicznych, roboty towarzyszące budowlane (opaski wzdłuż ścian zewnętrznych budynku i remont schodów zewnętrznych); przebudowę części instalacji oświetleniowej z wymianą tradycyjnych punktów oświetleniowych na oświetlenie ledowe; montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych na dachu budynku szkoły. Bezpośrednią grupą docelową są uczniowie, pracownicy ZS w Jeleniewie, a także mieszkańcy miejscowości i gminy, którzy w dłuższym okresie odczuwać będą pozytywne efekty ekologiczne związane z poprawą efektywności energetycznej budynku. The general objective of the Project is to improve the attractiveness of the Municipality of Jeleniawo as a place of residence and economic activity of residents by reducing the so-called low emissions of pollutants from the combustion of conventional fuels during the production of electricity. The direct objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility facility through its thermal modernisation with the use of renewable energy sources. The subject of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of the School Complex building in Jeleniawo. The scope of the project includes: replacement of central heating systems consisting of replacement of wires, radiators, installation of thermostatic valves, control valves, installation of automatic vents, installation of heat counter and replacement of the boiler into an oil condensation boiler with automation, installation of circulating pumps, central heating pumps; installation of circulatory valves on central heating system; warming of stropods with mineral wool; insulation of external walls with styrofoam, jointless method, plaster finish; replacement of existing windows in the sports hall with installation of mechanical ventilation with recuperation, replacement of door carpentry, replacement of basement windows for new ones, including installation of vents and installation of vents in existing windows; insulation of the outer walls of cellars and foundations with polystyrene, plaster finish and installation of cellar lighting, construction work (walls along the exterior walls of the building and renovation of external staircases); conversion of parts of the lighting system with the replacement of traditional lighting points into led lighting; installation of photovoltaic cells on the roof of the school building. The direct target group are pupils, employees of the ZS in Jeleniawo, as well as residents of the village and commune, who in the long term will experience positive environmental effects associated with improving the energy efficiency of the building.
