The main objective of the project is to increase the dissemination of high-quality pre-school education among 33 children of Bielsko county by creating a new place of education tailored to the needs of disabled people, organisation of classes in the field of key competences and classes equalising educational opportunities of children with disabilities by 30.11.2018. As part of the project, the rooms belonging to the parish of the Blessed Divine Providence in Bielsko Podlaski will be adapted and equipped. The rooms will be adapted to the needs of children with disabilities. 3 groups of children aged 3-4 will be admitted into kindergarten (33 people – 17K and 16M): 3 groups of 11 people (including 2 children with disabilities). As part of the current activity (12 m funding), care and implementation of the curriculum will be provided, key competence classes (in groups 10-13 people) and classes will be conducted to balance the educational opportunities of children with a ruling on incompetence. Additional activities will be carried out outside the time of implementation of the curriculum basis. The applicant shall ensure the functioning of the kindergarten for at least 2 years after the completion of the project. The applicant already has a preliminary declaration of financing of the City Hall and has the support of its initiative from the City Hall. The applicant undertakes not to apply for grants from the City Hall for the duration of the project. A fee of PLN 100 per child will be charged. The project fulfils the requirements regarding the selection of partner outside the financial sector publ referred to in Article 33(2) to (4) of the PHP. Partners shall not be excluded from the possibility of receiving funding. The project office will be run in Bielsko Podlaski, where the project documents will be stored, the possibility of personal contact with the project staff by UP will be ensured. The applicant undertakes to make the project document available in the case of inspections. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost upowszechnienia wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej wśród 33 dzieci powiatu bielskiego poprzez stworzenie nowego miejsca edukacji dostosowanego do potrzeb osób niepelnosprawnych, organizację zajęć z zakresu kompetencji kluczowych oraz zajęć wyrównująch szanse edukacujne dzieci niepełnosprawnych w terminie do 30.11.2018 roku. W ramach realizacji projektu zostaną dostosowane i wyposażone pomieszczenia należące do Parafii Najświętszej Opatrzności Bożej w Bielsku Podlaskim. Pomieszczenia zostaną dostosowane do potrzeb dzieci niepełnosprawnych. Do przedszkola zostanią przyjęte 3 grupy dzieci w wieku 3-4 lata (33 os - 17K i 16M): 3 grupy z 11 os (w tym 2 dzieci niepełnosprawnych). W ramach bieżącej działaności (finansowanie przez 12 m-cy) zostanie zapewniona opieka oraz realizacja podstawy programowej, prowadzone będą zajęcia z zakresu kompetencji kluczowych (w grupach 10-13 osobowych) oraz zajęcia wyrównujące szanse edukacyjne dzieci z orzeczeniem o niepelnosorawności. Zajęcia dodatkowe będą realizowane poza czasem realizacji podstawy programowej. Wnioskodawca zapewnia funkcjonowanie przedszkola przez okres co najmniej 2 lat po zakończeniu realizacji projektu. Wnioskodawca posada już wstępną deklarację finansowania Urzędu Miasta oraz posiada poparcie swojej inicjatywy ze strony Urzędu Miasta. Wnioskodawca zobowiązuje się, że przez okres 12 trwania projektu nie będzie ubiegał sie o dotacje z Urzędu Miasta. Będzie pobierana opłata w wysokości 100 zł/m-c za dziecko. Projekt spełnia wymagania dotycz wyboru partnera spoza sektora finansów publ, o których mowa w art. 33 ust.2-4 ust PZP. Partnerzy nie podlegają wykluczeniu z możliwości otrzymania dofinans. Biuro projektu prowadzone będzie w Bielsku Podlaskim, gdzie przechowywane będą dokumenty projektu, zapewniona będzie możliwość osobistego kontaktu z kadrą projektu przez UP.
