Projekt realizowany przez Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Brzeszczach ma na celu aktywizację społeczno- zawodową osób korzystających z pomocy społecznej. Projekt realizowany jest na terenie gminy Brzeszcze i zakłada, że wsparciem zostanie objętych 85 osób, w tym 10 osób niepełnosprawnych. W projekcie zaplanowano szeroką gamę wsparcia dla uczestników, w zależności od indywidualnej diagnozy, może to być kompleksowa aktywizacja społeczno -zawodowa lub tylko społeczna. Projekt zakłada również skierowanie uczestników do Klubu Integracji Społecznej działającym w strukturze ośrodka dzięki , któremu możliwa będzie aktywizacja zawodowa, bez zlecania usług na zewnątrz.
