The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of environmental social services in the Chełmiec commune, including care services and support for families at risk of poverty or social exclusion, through the creation of a new Daily Assistance Centre for 15 persons by 30.09.2019.As a result of the project, the first day support facility for 15 people will be established in the area of the municipality. Through the implementation of project activities, it will be possible to take care and upbringing to support a family experiencing difficulties in fulfilling care and educational functions, in particular: providing child care and education assistance in learning organisation of leisure time, games, sports activities and the development of interests strengthening roles and functions of the familydevelopment of caring and educational skills of families, raising awareness in the field of planning and functioning of the family, carrying out preventive programs, conducting therapy and mediation, providing consultations, and organising psychotherapy activities. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności środowiskowych usług społecznych w Gminie Chełmiec, w tym usług opiekuńczych i wsparcia rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, poprzez utworzenie nowej Placówki Wsparcia Dziennego dla 15 osób do 30.09.2019 r.W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie pierwsza na terenie gminy placówka wsparcia dziennego dla 15 osób działająca w formie opiekuńczospecjalistycznej. Dzięki realizacji działań projektowych będzie możliwe objęcie dziecka opieką i wychowaniem w celu wsparcia rodziny przeżywającej trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji opiekuńczo wychowawczych a w szczególności:zapewnienie dziecku opieki i wychowania pomoc w nauceorganizacja czasu wolnego, zabawy, zajęcia sportowe oraz rozwój zainteresowań wzmacnianie ról i funkcji rodzinyrozwijanie umiejętności opiekuńczo wychowawczych rodziny podniesienie świadomości w zakresie planowania oraz funkcjonowania rodzinyrealizacja programów profilaktycznych prowadzenie terapii i mediacjiudzielanie konsultacjiorganizacja zajęć socjoterapeutycznych, terapeutycznych, korekcyjnych, kompensacyjnych oraz logopedycznych, realizacja indywidualnych programów korekcyjnych,psychokorekcyjnych i psychoprofilaktycznych.
