Projekt realizowany przez małe przedsiębiorstwo LARECO Mikołaj, w okresie 01.07.2017-31.12.2018, na terenie zakładu w Siemiatyczach przy ulicy Kościuszki 69, zlokalizowanego na działkach nr 1436 i 1435/6, stanowiących małżeńską wspólność majątkową właściciela przedsiębiorstwa i jego małżonki Projekt to inwestycja początkowa związaną z dywersyfikacją produkcji zakładu w Siemiatyczach poprzez uruchomienie produkcji innowacyjnej na skalę krajową Warstwowej Podłogi Modułowej, nieprodukowanej uprzednio w zakładzie i nieoferowanej na rynku krajowym Projekt polega na wdrożeniu wyników zakończonych prac B+R dotyczących opracowania innowacji produktowej- Warstwowej Podłogi Modułowej (w tym w wersji o wysokiej twardości) – innowacja produktowa na skalę kraju – potwierdzona przeprowadozną analizą rynku Z realizacją projektu ściśle wiąże się fakt wdrożenia innowacji o charakterze produktowym, procesowym, organizacyjnym i marketingowym, stanowiących jednocześnie ekoinnowacje Zakres rzeczowy projektu polega na: 1) budowie hali; (2) zakupie nowych, najnowocześniejszych i innowacyjnych środków trwałych (3) zakupie nowych lub używanych maszyn do produkcji wskazanych w budżecie; (4) zakupie wartości niematerialnych i prawnych w postaci licencji na stosowanie nieopatentowanej wiedzy technologicznej w formie know-how dotyczącego optymalnych parametrów procesu suszenia surowca oraz elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów Poniesienie w/w wydatków stanowi warunek konieczny wdrożenia obszarów innowacji dot. projektu i osiągnięcia zakładanych celów Całkowita wartość kosztów kwalifikowalnych wynosi 5.605.040,50 PLN/dofinansowanie 3.363024,30 PLN (60%) Projekt jest całkowicie wykonalny pod względem prawnym, administracyjnym, technicznym i finansowym –pozwolenie na budowę zostanie wydane w maju 2017r Wkład prywatny sfinansowany z dochodu przedsiębiorstwa z lat 2014-2016 ok 2,8 mln PLN oraz obrotowego kredytu w wysokości 499.000, którym dysponujemy – z możliwością zwiększenia limitu do 4 mln PLN (Polish)
