The aim of the project is to increase integration and participation in the labour market of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, from the area of powiats: Limanowski,the new judiciary,the city of N.Sącz,Nowatarski and Suskie until IX.2019. This goal will be implemented by providing comprehensive support for the above-mentioned persons.The project provides for a wide range of forms of assistance selected according to the needs of the participant.IPD is obligatory for all participants and is the starting point for determining the support path. Main types of support: — identification of individual needs and potentials of the participant – individual and group career guidance – incentive support, psychological – training of competences and social skills – training/training/vocational courses leading to obtaining, supplementation, changes of qualifications – occupational/subsidiated work/employment training – employment intermediation – employment training – work of the trainer supported by each participant after the development of the IPD will determine together with the adviser the personal path of support, which will lead to the achievement of the project. If necessary, reasonable improvement mechanisms will be applied. This flexible approach aims at achieving the main result of inhibition of exclusion and sustainable integration into the labour market (indicators of employment and social efficiency established in accordance with the competition rules for individual groups). Celem projektu jest wzrost integracji oraz aktywności zawodowej i społ.na rynku pracy osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,z terenu powiatów: limanowskiego,nowosądeckiego,miasta N.Sącz,,nowotarskiego i suskiego do IX.2019 r. Realizacja tego celu odbywać się będzie poprzez udzielenie kompleksowego wsparcia dla ww. osób.Projekt przewiduje szeroki katalog form pomocy dobieranych indywidualne w zależności od potrzeb uczestnika.IPD jest obligatoryjny dla wszystkich uczestników i jest punktem wyjścia do określenia ścieżki wsparcia. Główne rodzaje wsparcia: - identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów uczestnika - poradnictwo zawodowe indywidualne i grupowe - wsparcie motywacyjne,psychologiczne -trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych -szkolenia/kursy zawodowe prowadzące do uzyskania,uzupełnienia,zmiany kwalifikacji -staże/praktyki zawodowe/subsydiowane zatrudnienie -pośrednictwo pracy - praca trenera zatrudnienia wspieranego Każdy uczestnik po opracowaniu IPD określi wraz z doradcą własną ścieżkę wsparcia,która doprowadzi go do osiągnięcia celu.Zaproponowane w projekcie formy wsparcia wymienione powyżej są kompilacją dośw. przy realizacji projektów dla podobnych grup.W budżecie przewidziano również pulę środków umożliwiających zastosowanie narzędzi aktywizacji,które będą niezbędne dla BO do osiągnięcia celu określonego w IPD (np. terapie rodzinne,mediacje,usługi opiekuna usamodzielniania,pomoc prawna). Jeżeli będzie to niezbędne zostaną zastosowane mechanizmy racjonalnych usprawnień. Takie elastyczne podejście ma na celu osiągniecie głównego rezultatu jakim jest zahamowanie wykluczenia i trwała integracja z rynkiem pracy(wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej i społecznej określone zgodnie z regulaminem konkursu dla poszczególnych grup).
