The proposed project consists of a comprehensive renovation of one of the main spa facilities in Krynica – Zdrój – the historic drunken “Jana”. Among the most important elements of the modernisation, consisting of the reconstruction of the building, will be made: renovation of the roof, which currently does not meet safety standards, replacement of internal installations, complete replacement of external glazing for new ones with better thermal parameters, replacement of external panels on walls and columns with insulation of external walls, replacement of flooring, modernisation works inside the building, reconstruction of historic cembrowina of medicinal water outflows, installation of new equipment of the drinking plant, development of the area around the building. All modernisation works will take into account the requirement to preserve the body and silhouette of the historic building. The facility will be adapted in terms of communication to the needs of the elderly and the disabled. In addition, a local heat source and reconstruction and modernisation of the back-room building for the main building are planned. The investment will last six months: from the beginning of April 2019 to the end of September 2019. The proposed project will significantly affect the development of tourist offer based on the exploitation of the region’s internal potential by increasing the tourist and cultural attractiveness of the “Jana” Pijania plant thanks to the development of the existing functionalities of the facility, better use of the potential of existing spa infrastructure, increasing the availability of tourist offer for groups at risk of social exclusion, including for people with disabilities. The project will support one company – Krynica Spa – Żegiestów S.A., which will carry out an investment consisting of rebuilding one historic tourist facility and adapting it to the needs of people with disabilities. UZDROWISKO KRYNICA - ŻEGIESTÓW SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA

Wnioskowany projekt polega na poddaniu kompleksowej renowacji jednego z głównych obiektów zdrojowych w Krynicy - Zdroju - zabytkowej Pijalni "Jana". Wśród najważniejszych elementów modernizacji, polegającej na przebudowie budynku zostaną wykonane: renowacja dachu, który obecnie nie spełnia norm bezpieczeństwa, wymiana instalacji wewnętrznych, całkowita wymiana zewnętrznego przeszklenia na nowe o lepszych parametrach termicznych, wymiana deskowania zewnętrznego na ścianach oraz kolumnach wraz z dociepleniem ścian zewnętrznych, wymiana posadzki, prace modernizacyjne wewnątrz budynku, odbudowa zabytkowej cembrowiny wypływów wody leczniczej, instalacja nowego wyposażenia Pijalni, zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku. Wszystkie prace modernizacyjne będą uwzględniały wymóg zachowania bryły i sylwetki zabytkowego budynku. Obiekt zostanie dostosowany pod względem komunikacyjnym do potrzeb osób starszych i niepełnosprawnych. Dodatkowo planuje się wykonanie lokalnego źródła ciepła oraz przebudowę i modernizację budynku zaplecza dla budynku głównego. Inwestycja będzie trwała sześć miesięcy: od początku kwietnia 2019 roku do końca września 2019 roku. Wnioskowany projekt w znaczący sposób wpłynie na rozwój oferty turystycznej opartej na wykorzystaniu wewnętrznych potencjałów regionu poprzez wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej i kulturalnej Pijalni "Jana" dzięki rozwojowi istniejących funkcjonalności obiektu, lepsze wykorzystanie potencjału istniejącej infrastruktury uzdrowiskowej, wzrost dostępności oferty turystycznej dla grup zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym dla osób niepełnosprawnych. W ramach projektu wsparte zostanie jedno przedsiębiorstwo - Uzdrowisko Krynica - Żegiestów S.A. realizujące inwestycję polegającą na przebudowie jednego zabytkowego obiektu turystycznego wraz z dostosowaniem go do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Efektem realizacji przedsięwzięcia będzie zatrudnienie jednej osoby na stanowisko związane z wydawaniem wód w Pijalni na pełny etat. (Polish)
