The object of the activity is the restaurant of the historic, founded in 1887 Wojciech Biechoński Municipal Park in Gorlice, entered into the register of immovable monuments of the Małopolska voivodship, pursuant to the decision 195/u/85 of the Voivodeship Conservator of Historical Monuments (former New Judiciary Voivodeship) from 30.08.1985. The area is completely protected by conservation. The park with an area of 24 hectares is located in a distance of approx. 300 m from the city center. The highest elevation of the park is the Park Mountain. 350 m. The tasks carried out in the project will concern park infrastructure – the project does not foresee conservation and restoration works on movable monuments. ZAD.1-Developing the technical documentation necessary for the implementation of the project and application for assistance centres ZAD.2-Conservation and restaurant of recreational infrastructure in the Municipal Park – construction and installation works -2017-2018 ZAD.3-Restaurant and expansion of park greenery-2018 ZAD.4-Organisation and restaurant of the necessary infrastructure and facilities for technical and sanitary facilities-2017 ZAD.5-Promotion of project management and promotion of project sources (2017) 1.Number of immovable monuments covered by support-1 pcs. (City Park)-2018 2.Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities-1pieces. CHARAKTER OBIEKTU POD WZGLĘDEM KONSERWATORSKIM Przedmiotem działania jest restauracja zabytkowego, założonego w 1887 r. Parku Miejskiego im. Wojciecha Biechońskiego w Gorlicach, wpisanego do rejestru zabytków nieruchomych województwa małopolskiego, na podstawie decyzji 195/u/85 Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków (dawnego województwa nowosądeckiego) z 30.08.1985. Teren w całości objęty jest ochroną konserwatorską. Park o pow.24 ha usytuowany jest w odległości ok. 300m na od zabudowy centrum miasta. Najwyższe wzniesienie Parku to Góra Parkowa–o wys. 350 m. Zadania realizowane w projekcie dotyczyć będą infrastruktury parkowej – w ramach projektu nie przewiduje się prac konserwatorskich i restauratorskich przy zabytkach ruchomych. ZAD.1-Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej niezbędnej dla realizacji projektu i aplikowania o ośrodki pomocowe ZAD.2-Konserwacja i restauracja infrastruktury rekreacyjnej na terenie Parku Miejskiego – roboty budowlane i instalacyjne -2017-2018 ZAD.3-Restauracja i rozbudowa zieleni parkowej-2018 ZAD.4-Uporządkowanie i restauracja niezbędnej infrastruktury i zaplecza techniczo-sanitarnego-2017 ZAD.5-Zarządzanie projektem oraz promocja źródeł finansowania projektu (2017-2018) ZAD.6–Promocja przedmiotu projektu - Aplikacja na smartfon (2018) Wskaźniki produktu: 1.Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem–1 szt. (Park Miejski)-2018 2.Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami–1szt.
