Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrażanie strategiiplanu działalności międzynarodowej przedsiębiorstwa dalej: SDM, która będzie prowadziła do zwiększenia aktywności międzynarodowej firmy. Okres realizacji projektu to lata 20182019.W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną 3 zadania 1 zadanie dotyczące opracowania SDM a 2 dotyczące wdrażania SDM. Zadanie 1. Opracowanie strategiiplanu działalności międzynarodowej przedsiębiorstwa Opracowanie strategii działalności międzynarodowej przedsiębiorstwa Zadanie 2. Opracowanie koncepcji markiwizerunku przedsiębiorstwa na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych Doradztwo dotyczące projektowania stron internetowych przeznaczonych do promocji i sprzedaży usługi na rynkach zagranicznych, Doradztwo dotyczące projektowania materiałów promocyjnych i reklamowych przeznaczonych do promocji i sprzedaży usługi na rynkach zagranicznych.
