The project aims to support the Applicant’s expansion into the markets of Greece, Italy and Malta and is based on the implementation of an international activity strategy, which includes an analysis of the area of interest of the Applicant, the identified target markets, the analysis of the company’s competitive position, and the recommended export strategy. The project is planned for the period from 1 December 2017 to 31 July 2018. During this period it is planned to participate in the international trade fair Posidonia 2018. The activities described in the document consist of a comprehensive, coherent and long-term strategy, which, as a result, will, with high probability, allow for broadening the export offer on the target markets and attracting new customers to MAEM products. Among the results of export activities, the most important is to attract business partners and gain brand recognition in the industry. Participation in such projects allows to establish key relationships with potential foreign contractors and to exist in the awareness of customers. (English)

    Projekt ma na celu wsparcie ekspansji Wnioskodawcy na rynki Grecji, Włoch oraz Malty i opiera się na wdrożeniu strategii działalności międzynarodowej, która zawiera analizę obszaru będącego w kręgu zainteresowania Wnioskodawcy, wskazane docelowe rynki, analizę pozycji konkurencyjnej firmy, a także rekomendowane sposoby strategii eksportowej. Realizacja projektu przewidziana jest na okres od 1 grudnia 2017 roku do 31 lipca 2018 roku. W czasie tego okresu planowany jest udział w międzynarodowych targach branżowych Posidonia 2018. Opisane w dokumencie działania składają się na kompleksową, spójną i długofalową strategię, która w efekcie, z dużym prawdopodobieństwem, pozwoli na poszerzenie oferty eksportowej na rynkach docelowych oraz pozyskanie nowych kontrahentów na produkty firmy MAEM. Wśród wyników działań eksportowych najistotniejsze znaczenie ma pozyskanie partnerów biznesowych i uzyskanie rozpoznawalności marki w branży. Uczestnictwo w tego rodzaju przedsięwzięciach pozwala nawiązać kluczowe relacje z potencjalnymi zagranicznymi kontrahentami oraz zaistnieć w świadomości klientów. (Polish)
