In view of the above, the percentage of objects defined in the first and second degree of urgency will be no less than 50.In the case of dismantling of products containing asbestos, the owner of the building will be obliged to submit to the building department a declaration of construction works not requiring a construction permit to carry out works consisting of dismantling of ethernite with asbestos. children and adolescents and adults in the municipality. There are plans to organise 19 meetings with primary school pupils. W ramach działania zaplanowano demontaż i składowanie rakotwórczych odpadów azbestowych oraz zabezpieczenie 450 Mg materiałów budowlanych z zawartością azbestu; płyt azbestowocementowych eternit falisty oraz płyt płaskich karo.Zaplanowano łącznie usunięcie ww. wyrobów ze 150 budynków. W ujęciu średniorocznym zaplanowano demontaż i unieszkodliwienie 126 Mg wyrobów azbestowych zlokalizowanych na 42 budynkach mieszkalnych i gospodarczych. Z tej liczby co najmniej 31 wyrobów sklasyfikowanych jest w I i II stopniu pilności pod względem stanu technicznego. Zaplanowano również średniorocznie unieszkodliwienie 24 Mg wyrobów zdemontowanych z dachów 8 budynków i spryzmowanych. Wyroby te w całości sklasyfikowane są w I i II stopniu pilności pod względem stanu technicznego. Mając na względzie powyższe, udział procentowy obiektów określonych I i II stopniem pilności wyniesie nie mniej niż 50.W przypadku demontażu wyrobów zawierających azbest właściciel budynku zobowiązany będzie do złożenia do wydziału budownictwa i architektury zgłoszenia robót budowlanych nie wymagających pozwolenia na budowę zamiaru wykonania robót polegających na demontażu eternitu z azbestem.W ramach programu zaplanowano przeprowadzenie kampanii edukacyjnoinformacyjnej skierowanej do dwóch grup odbiorców; dzieci i młodzieży oraz dorosłych mieszkańców gminy. Zaplanowano organizację 19 spotkań z uczniami szkół podstawowych. W miejscowościach, w których stwierdzono występowanie największej ilości wyrobów zawierających azbest zaplanowano organizację kampanii informacyjnych podczas zebrań wiejskich. (Polish)
