Przedmiotem projektu jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie budowy Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych PSZOK w Lubniu wraz z zakupem niezbędnego wyposażenia.W zakres projektu wchodzą:I dokumentacja projektowa wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych uzgodnień i pozwoleńII roboty budowlane wraz z uzyskaniem pozwolenia na użytkowanie lub potwierdzenia przyjęcia zgłoszenia zamiaru użytkowania bez sprzeciwuIII zakup wyposażenia po wykonaniu niezbędnych robót budowlanych. Zakres projektu w części dotyczącej wykonania robót budowlanych, obejmuje:montaż boksów;montaż rampy,wykonanie oświetlenia ledowego,montaż monitoringu,wykonanie odwodnienia,utwardzenie placu,wykonanie ogrodzenia,montaż wiaty.Zakres inwestycji objętej zamówieniem, w części dotyczącej zakupu wyposażenia, obejmuje zakup:wagi stacjonarnej najazdowej,rampy do rozładunku betonowej,wózka platformy małej,wózka transportowego przechylnego,kontenera dużego 36m3kontenera zakrytego 10m3kontenerów z tworzywakontenerów na odpady segregowane 10 m3kontenera ocieplanego dla obsługi. Ponadto, w ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację działań promocyjnoinformacyjnych, związanych z edukacją ekologiczną. Na działania związanie z koniecznością podniesienia świadomości ekologicznej składały się będą: konkurs plastyczny dla dzieci i młodzieży szkolnej; pogadanki w miejskich szkołach i przedszkolach; rozpowszechnianie broszur dotyczących funkcjonowania PSZOK i konieczności zwiększenia stopnia odzysku odpadów.Działania te będą promować postawy proekologiczne oraz poczucie odpowiedzialności za stan środowiska w zakresie zagospodarowania odpadów i konieczności zwiększenia stopnia ich segregacji. The object of the project is the design and execution of the construction of the Municipal Waste Collection Point PSZOK in Lubń together with the purchase of the necessary equipment.The scope of the project includes:I project documentation together with obtaining the required arrangements and permits for the construction work together with obtaining a permit to use or confirm acceptance of the declaration of intent to use without objectionIII purchase of equipment after the necessary construction works have been completed. The scope of the project in the part related to the execution of construction works, includes:box assembly; ramp assembly, performance of led lighting, monitoring assembly, execution of dehydration, square hardening, execution of fences, world installation.Scope of investment covered by the order, in the part concerning the purchase of equipment, includes purchase of: stationary overrun weight, ramps for unloading of concrete, carriage of small platform, transporter 36 mcontained container, In addition, the project plans to implement information promotion measures related to environmental education. Actions linked to the need to raise environmental awareness will consist of: an art competition for children and schoolchildren; talks in urban schools and kindergartens; disseminating brochures on the functioning of PSZOK and the need to increase the level of waste recovery.These actions will promote environmentally friendly attitudes and a sense of responsibility for the state of the environment in terms of waste management and the need to increase the level of waste segregation.
