In the pre-implementation phase, an advisory service for the professional development of SDM was purchased. During the implementation phase, in order to expand export activity on selected foreign markets, i.e. Germany, France, USA and South Korea, The company will take intensive measures to promote its products in the designated foreign markets. To this end, as part of the project, the Company will purchase an advisory service in the development of the Company’s brand concept on selected foreign markets and will participate as an exhibitor in trade fair and exhibition events oriented towards foreign markets. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest opracowanie i pełne wdrożenie Strategii Działalności Międzynarodowej (SDM) firmy Consultronix SA. W fazie przedwdrożeniowej została zakupiona usługa doradcza w zakresie profesjonalnego opracowania SDM. W fazie wdrożeniowej, w celu rozszerzenia działalności eksportowej na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych, tj. Niemiec, Francji, USA i Korei Południowej, Firma podejmie intensywne działania promujące swoje produkty na wskazanych rynkach zagranicznych. W tym celu, w ramach projektu, Firma zakupi usługę doradczą w zakresie opracowania koncepcji marki Przedsiębiorstwa na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych oraz weźmie udział w charakterze wystawcy w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych zorientowanych na rynki zagraniczne. Są nimi: targi w ramach konferencji Radiological Society of North America (listopad-grudzień 2016 r., Chicago, USA), targi odbywające się w ramach European Congress of Radiology (marzec 2017 r., Wiedeń, Austria), międzynarodowe targi KIMES (marzec 2017 r., Seul, Korea Południowa).
