The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of PETMEX COMPANY by acquiring new outlets. In order to prepare the company to present its offer on new foreign markets, a strategy of international activity has been developed. It fully describes the company’s capabilities and its strengths. The company will prepare to implement its products on the new markets – animalchews (pork ears, chicken feet). So far, the company has not conducted sales activities on the Israeli and Indian markets and the prepared strategy will be implemented to the full extent. As a result, the following actions are planned: — Development of the strategy of international activity – Developing the concept of the company’s brand/image on selected markets – designing marketing materials – Adaptation of production (product and its properties) to the requirements of the foreign market – development of brand concepts and product packaging – Participation in trade fairs – Interzoo – within this group of tasks includes renting of exhibition space, technical service of fairs, transport of buildings and exhibits and accommodation of employees during the fair.     Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa PETMEX COMPANY poprzez zdobycie nowych rynków zbytu. W celu przygotowania firmy na prezentację swojej oferty na nowych rynkach zagranicznych została opracowana strategia działalności międzynarodowej. W sposób pełny przedstawia ona możliwości przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego atuty. Przedsiębiorstwo przygotuje do wdrożenia na nowych rynkach swoich produktów - gryzaki dla zwierząt (uszy wieprzowe, łapki kurze). Dotychczas firma nie prowadziła działań sprzedażowych na rynku izraelskim i indyjskim a przygotowana strategia zostanie zrealizowana w pełnym zakresie. W wyniku tego zaplanowano przeprowadzenie następujących działań: - Opracowanie Strategii działalności międzynarodowej - Opracowanie koncepcji marki/Wizerunku przedsiębiorstwa na wybranych rynkach - zaprojektowania materiałów marketingowych - Dostosowanie produkcji (produktu i jego właściwości) do wymagań docelowych rynku zagranicznego - opracowanie koncepcji marki i opakowania produktu - Udział w targach branżowych - Interzoo - w ramach tej grupy zadań przewiduje się wynajem powierzchni wystawowej, obsługę techniczną targów, transport zabudowy i eksponatów oraz zakwaterowanie pracowników Spółki podczas targów.
