The project focuses on the full implementation of the activities set out in the International Activity Plan recommending entry to the UK, the Netherlands and Germany with a new export offer (PrinterCare and OngoingFleetManagement). ITS SCOPE INCLUDES: [1] Establishment of the International Action Plan (the task was carried out before this Proposal was submitted); [2] Implementation of the International Activity Plan by purchasing 7 specialised advisory services related to the internationalisation of business activities provided by external advisors (the task has not been started). Total cost: 400 396,00 PLN net. THE MAIN ASSUMPTIONS ARE: The timetable for the implementation of the Project will cover the period from 01.07.2016 to 31.05.2017. Its implementation will help to eliminate current barriers and meet the needs of the company (i.e. the increase in brand recognition, interest in the company’s offer, start of export and acquiring new contacts and contracts, gaining knowledge about the target market, introducing organizational and process changes and increasing competitiveness and revenues of the Company). Target foreign markets have been selected due to their size, absorption for innovative solutions and favourable conditions for export offer. The draft shall be without prejudice to the implementation of the horizontal principles of the European Union listed in Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013. PRZEDMIOTEM PROJEKTU jest pełne wdrożenie działań określonych w Planie Działalności Międzynarodowej rekomendujących wejście na rynek Wielkiej Brytanii, Holandii i Niemiec z nową ofertą eksportową (PrinterCare oraz OngoingFleetManagement). JEGO ZAKRES OBEJMUJE: [1] Opracowanie Planu Działalności Międzynarodowej (zadanie zostało zrealizowane przed złożeniem niniejszego Wniosku); [2] Wdrożenie Planu Działalności Międzynarodowej poprzez zakup 7 specjalistycznych usług doradczych związanych z umiędzynaradawianiem działalności gospodarczej, świadczonych przez doradców zewnętrznych (zadanie nie zostało rozpoczęte). Koszt całkowity: 400 396,00 PLN netto. GŁÓWNE ZAŁOŻENIA: Harmonogram realizacji Projektu obejmie okres od 01.07.2016 r. do 31.05.2017 r. Jego realizacja pozwoli na eliminację obecnych barier i zaspokojenie potrzeb przedsiębiorstwa (tj. wzrost rozpoznawalności marki, zainteresowania ofertą przedsiębiorstwa, rozpoczęcie eksportu i pozyskanie nowych kontaktów i kontraktów, zdobycie wiedzy o rynku docelowym, wprowadzenie zmian organizacyjno-procesowych oraz wzrost konkurencyjności i przychodów Spółki). Docelowe rynki zagraniczne zostały wybrane z uwagi na ich wielkość, chłonność na innowacyjne rozwiązania oraz uwarunkowania korzystne dla oferty eksportowej.
