Projekt zakłada rozbudowę istniejącej Strefy Aktywności Gospodarczej w Andrychowie. Projektem objęte są tereny wydzielone pod rozbudowę Strefy Aktywności Gospodarczej w Andrychowie, obejmujące obszar położony pomiędzy ulicami: Strefową, Biała Droga, Przemysłową oraz rowem odwadniającym pomiędzy ul. Przemysłową i Strefową.Przedmiotem zamierzenia jest przygotowanie terenu inwestycyjnego umożliwiających realizację obiektów przemysłowych i usługowych wraz z dostępem do sieci infrastruktury technicznej i komunikacyjnej miasta, obejmujące:makroniwelację terenu w celu uzyskania spadków umożliwiających budowę wielkopowierzchniowych obiektów halowychprzebudowę części istniejącej drogi obsługowej ulica Strefowa z dostosowaniem parametrów do potrzeb transportu ciężkiego budowę wewnętrznej drogi dojazdowej umożliwiającej dojazd do wydzielonych działek inwestycyjnychrozbudowę sieci uzbrojenia terenu w sposób zapewniający dostęp do infrastruktury technicznej miasta:sieci wodociągowej kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowejsieci gazu ziemnegosieci elektroenergetycznej SN i NNbudowę podstacji transformatorowejsieci kanalizacji teleinformatycznejsieci oświetlenia zewnętrznegozabezpieczenie lub przebudowę odcinków sieci istniejących, kolidujących z planowanym zagospodarowaniem i uzbrojeniem terenu, w szczególności przebudowę ze zmianą trasy istniejącej, napowietrznej przesyłowej linii elektroenergetycznej WNuporządkowanie terenu po robotach budowlanych rekultywacja terenu po robotach ziemnych z przywróceniem warstwy humusuzagospodarowanie terenów przewidzianych na cele zieleni izolacyjnej. The project envisages the expansion of the existing Economic Activity Zone in Andrychów. The project includes areas separated for the expansion of the Economic Activity Zone in Andrychów, covering the area located between the streets: Złoowa, Biała Droga, Przemysłowa and a drainage ditch between ul. The object of the design is the preparation of the investment area enabling the implementation of industrial and service facilities together with access to the network of technical and communication infrastructure of the city, including: macro-nilisation of the area in order to obtain declines enabling the construction of large-surface hallways to rebuild part of the existing service route of the area of maintenance of the area of the zone with the adaptation of the parameters to the needs of transporting the internal access road enabling access to separate investment plots to the development of the infrastructure of the infrastructure of the land.
