Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie chrzanowskim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie co najmniej 45 dla osób powyżej 50 r.ż., osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz kobiet.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I tzw. bezrobotni aktywni lub profilupomocy II tzw. wymagający wsparcia. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowejpoprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiedniodobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 years and more who are unemployed in the district of Chrzanów.The main result of the project will be to take up employment by project participants of at least 45 for people over the age of 50, low-skilled people, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities and women. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
