None of the planned activities concern repair work and will not concern the maintenance of the infrastructure.The infrastructure will be used exclusively for the service of travellers using the railway connections of the railway station in Miechów. The car park will be located on the outskirts of Miechów, far from the centre and in a long distance from other points such as shopping malls, church, restaurants, etc. As a result of this location, the car park will not be used by people other than interested in rail travel.The new PR infrastructure has an integration potential for other modes of transport. Private buses of MiechówMostek line in Gołcza stop at the railway station in Miechów. The PR car park will be located in a distance of approx. 5 minutes walk from the bus station operated by private carriers and MPK. There will be a bus stop available to all interested carriers in the new car park. It is also planned to launch a public bus service, using at the stop at the station and coordinated with the SKA courses. At the same time, the BikeRide car park created as part of the project will encourage residents to use their bicycle more frequently to get to the station and continue to travel by rail.The project responds to the communication needs of residents of Miechów and Miechów commune in terms of switching from individual transport to train. The whole aims to reduce the use of passenger cars in the everyday functioning of residents and replace them with green transport. Projekt realizowany będzie w formule Zaprojektuj i wybuduj. Zadania w ramach projektu to:1. Wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej;2. Prace budowlane związane z wykonaniem parkingów PR oraz BR wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą o łącznej powierzchni ok. 4540 m2.3. Nadzór inwestorski.Żadne z zaplanowanych działań nie dotyczą prac remontowych oraz nie będą dotyczyły utrzymania powstałej infrastruktury.Powstała infrastruktura służyć będzie wyłącznie obsłudze podróżnych korzystających z połączeń kolejowych dworca PKP w Miechowie. Powstały parking zlokalizowany będzie na przedmieściach Miechowa, z daleka od centrum oraz w dalekiej odległości od innych punktów typu punkty handlowe, kościół, restauracje itd. W związku z taką lokalizacją parkingu nie będą z niego korzystały inne osoby niż zainteresowane podróżą koleją.Nowa infrastruktura PR posiada potencjał integracyjny względem innych środków transportu. Przy dworcu PKP w Miechowie zatrzymują się prywatne busy linii MiechówMostek w Gołcza. Parking PR będzie położony w odległości ok. 5 minut pieszo od dworca autobusowego obsługiwanego przez prywatnych przewoźników oraz MPK. Na nowym parkingu utworzony będzie przystanek autobusowy, udostępniony wszystkim zainteresowanym przewoźnikom. Planuje się też uruchomienie miejskiej komunikacji autobusowej, wykorzystującej ww przystanek przy dworcu i skoordynowanej z kursami SKA. Jednocześnie parking BikeRide utworzony w ramach projektu zachęci mieszkańców do częstszego korzystania z roweru celem dojazdu do dworca i dalszej kontynuacji podróży koleją.Projekt odpowiada na potrzeby komunikacyjne mieszkańców Miechowa i gminy Miechów w zakresie możliwości przesiadki z transportu indywidualnego na pociąg. Całość zmierza do redukcji wykorzystania samochodów osobowych w codziennym funkcjonowaniu mieszkańców i zastąpienie ich transportem ekologicznym. Spodziewanym efektem będzie przede wszystkim redukcja zanieczyszczeń powietrza emitowanych z nadmiernego ruchu samochodowego. (Polish)
