As part of the investment, a comprehensive extension of the district road No. 1424K was established for a length of 3.556 km (km 2 + 420-5+ 976), which consisted of increasing the width of the roadway to the normative 6 m, correction of the horizontal arches of the roadway, increased load capacity and frost protection of the construction layers, a comprehensive reconstruction of the drainage of the road body for the length of the road body. 7.544 km, construction of pavements and foot-bike paths down. 3,281 km (including pavements: 0,422 km, foot-bike trails: 2.859 km), construction of bus bays – 8 units, extension of junctions with roads of another category – 2 units, reconstruction of 8 exits, removal of architectural barriers, extension and protection of foreign devices conflicting with extended roads and engineering facilities. Projekt dotyczy inwestycji drogowej przewidzianej do realizacji w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, w trybie zezwolenia na realizację inwestycji drogowej (ZRID). W ramach inwestycji założono kompleksową rozbudowę drogi powiatowej nr 1424K na długości 3,556 km (km 2+420-5+976), polegającą na zwiększeniu szerokości jezdni do normatywu-6 m, korekcie łuków poziomych jezdni, zwiększeniu nośności i mrozoochronności warstw konstrukcyjnych, kompleksowej przebudowie odwodnienia korpusu drogowego drogowego na dł. 7,544 km, budowie chodników i ścieżek pieszo–rowerowych na dł. 3,281 km (w tym chodniki: 0,422km, ścieżki pieszo-rowerowe: 2,859 km), budowie zatok autobusowych – 8 szt., rozbudowie skrzyżowań z drogami innej kategorii – 2 szt., przebudowie 8 zjazdów, zniesieniem barier architektonicznych, rozbudowie i zabezpieczeniu urządzeń obcych kolidujących z rozbudowywana drogą i obiektami inżynierskimi. Celem poprawy bezpieczeństwa użytkowników drogi, wprowadzone zostaną elementy podnoszące bezpieczeństwo w ruchu kołowym oraz bezpieczeństwo pieszych i rowerzystów (rozwiązania ponadstandardowe przewidziane w Dyrektywie PE i Rady 2008/96/WE z 19.11.2008 r. w sprawie zarządzania bezpieczeństwem infrastruktury drogowej) tj. radarowy pomiar prędkości („Uwaga szkoła) – 2 szt.; montaż kasetonu nad przejściem dla pieszych wyposażonego w lampę z oświetleniem pulsacyjnym i znakiem nad przejściem oraz doświetlenie przejścia, wraz z montażem niezależnego odnawialnego źródła energii – 2 szt.; oznakowanie poziome nawierzchni bitumicznych –– progi akustyczne jednowarstwowe - poprzeczne pasy zwalniające (czerwone); ustawienie barier ochronnych stalowych typu SP (90 m); ustawienie ogrodzeń ochronnych zabezpieczających ruch pieszych – zatoki – typ U12 – 400m; urządzenia bezpieczeństwa ruchu – punktowe elementy odblaskowe (PEO) najezdniowe osadzane w gniazdach.
