PROBLEM: Projekt odpowiada na zdiagnozowany problem niskiego poziomu kompetencji cyfrowych wśród mieszkańców województwa opolskiego, którzy znajdują się w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy i wykazują największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie kompetencji i umiejętności dotyczących TIK, w tym w szczególności u osób: - w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - o niskich kwalifikacjach, - z terenów wiejskich. Na podstawie analizy „Wykorzystania technologii informacyjno-(tele)komunikacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach i gospodarstwach domowych w 2015 r.” stwierdza się, iż odsetek mieszkańców woj. opolskiego, którzy nie posiadają ŻADNYCH umiejętności cyfrowych wynosi: 30,2%, w tym: • 40% mieszk. z terenów wiejskich • średnio 50% mieszk. 50+ • 38% mieszk. z wykształceniem średnim, 51% mieszk. z wykształceniem poniżej średniego. Realizacja niniejszego projektu przyczyni się do podniesienia kompetencji cyfrowych do 31.01.2020 u minimum 84% uczestników projektu, tj. osób dorosłych od 18 roku życia spośród 39 (Polish)
