The project consists of creating research infrastructures and providing the human resources needed to carry out research aimed at offering new products on the market. The establishment of the infrastructure will concern the extension of an existing laboratory by equipping it with the necessary facilities for conducting research. The provision of human resources will involve the use of existing staff, highly qualified research staff involved in research work of 4 people and employing 1 staff of 0,4 jobs. As part of the project, purchases of new fixed assets (equipment, hardware and instrumentation) and necessary computer software (computer software license) will be made. The main need for the project is to become independent from suppliers of semi-finished products as a result of the commissioning of production on their own, using the results of the research work carried out. The solutions adopted in the draft are in line with best practice in the field of research and development. The project presents the optimal ratio of outlays to the planned results (output/result report). 5 people will be involved in the management and implementation of the project, including 4 people from the previous crew. The key results of the implementation of the Research Agenda will be: creation of 2 recipes and 2 production methods: solvent products and epoxy products. The development of the recipe of these products will enable the development of technology for the production of a product on an industrial scale. The project has a positive impact on the implementation of the horizontal principles of the European Union on equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities. Projekt polega na stworzeniu infrastruktury badawczej i zapewnieniu zasobów ludzkich niezbędnych do prowadzenia badań zmierzających do zaoferowania nowych produktów na rynku. Stworzenie infrastruktury dotyczyć będzie rozbudowy istniejącego laboratorium poprzez wyposażenie go w niezbędne urządzenia pozwalające na prowadzenie badań. Zapewnienie zasobów ludzkich wiązać się będzie z wykorzystaniem dotychczasowych pracowników, wysokokwalifikowanej kadry badawczej zaangażowanych w prace badawcze w ilości 4 osób oraz zatrudnieniem 1 pracownika w wymiarze 0,4 etatu. W ramach projektu dokonane zostaną zakupy nowych środków trwałych (urządzeń, sprzętu i oprzyrządowania) oraz niezbędnego oprogramowania komputerowego (licencji na oprogramowanie komputerowe). Główną potrzebą realizacji projektu jest uniezależnienie się od dostawców półproduktów w wyniku uruchomienia produkcji we własnym zakresie wykorzystując wyniki wykonanych prac badawczych. Przyjęte w projekcie rozwiązania są zgodne z najlepszą praktyką w dziedzinie prac badawczo-rozwojowych. Projekt przedstawia optymalną relację nakładów do planowanych do uzyskania efektów (relacja nakład/rezultat). W zarządzanie i realizacje projektu zaangażowanych zostanie 5 osób, w tym 4 osoby spośród dotychczasowej załogi. Najważniejszymi rezultatami realizacji agendy badawczej będą: stworzenie 2 receptur oraz 2 sposobów produkcji: wyrobów rozpuszczalnikowych oraz wyrobów epoksydowych. Opracowanie receptury tych wyrobów umożliwi opracowanie technologii wytwarzania produktu w skali przemysłowej. Projekt wykazuje pozytywny wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych Unii Europejskiej dotyczących równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Ponadto, rozwiązania w ramach projektu zarówno w fazie operacyjnej jak i w okresie trwałości projektu mają pozytywny wpływ na ochronę środowiska. (Polish)
