Wnioskodawca działa w branży odlewnictwa żeliwa i staliwa, świadczy także usługi w zakresie m. in.: obróbki mechanicznej,wykonywania konstrukcji stalowych oraz serwisowania maszyn i urządzeń dla różnych branż.W ramach projektu zostaną zakupione urządzenia badawcze i aparatura kontrolnopomiarowa z oprogramowaniem doprowadzenia prac badawczorozwojowych, niezbędne jest też wybudowanie obiektu, w którym mieścić się będą nowe laboratoria metalograficzne, badań nieniszczących, badań mas formierskich oraz nowoczesnego prototypowania, które powstaną jako rozbudowa działu badawczorozwojowego.Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wdrożenie agendy badawczej i przeprowadzenie prac BR zmierzających do opracowanianowych stopów odlewniczych, służących do wytwarzania udoskonalonych wyrobów:1. odlewów z żeliwa sferoidalnego o podwyższonych parametrach, przeznaczonych dla przemysłu wydobywczego, elektromaszynowego i budownictwa2. odlewanych części maszyn i urządzeń ze stopów żelaza żeliwo i staliwo niskostopowe pracujących w zmiennych warunkach obciążeń dynamicznych i zużycia ściernego.Uzasadnienie potrzeby realizacji projektu wynika z zapotrzebowania rynkowego na nowe odlewy. HARDKOP, świadcząc szeroki zakres usług w obszarze odlewnictwa dla różnych branż, otrzymuje zapytania na coraz bardziej skomplikowane wyroby. (Polish)
