Założeniem projektu jest rozwoju warunków infrastrukturalnych dla działalności BR Wnioskodawcy, ukierunkowanej na wytworzenie i wprowadzenie do działalności Firmy nowych grup produktów, dedykowanych dla rynku zoologicznego i hodowli zwierząt, rynku chemicznego lub kosmetycznego oraz przemysłu i budownictwa. Celem projektu jest stworzenie laboratorium modelowania produktów i procesów technologicznych.Inwestycja w określoną w projekcie aparaturę badawczą pozwoli na badanie jakości nowych produktów lub ulepszenia istniejących, które będą stanowić nową wartość na rynku. Inwestycja przyczyni się do profesjonalizacji prac BR realizowanych w firmie oraz podniesie poziom techniczny laboratorium. Przewidywany do zakupu w projekcie sprzęt umożliwi zarówno opracowywanie nowych produktów, usprawni oraz poprawi dokładność kontrolingu procesowego, a także może doprowadzić do ulepszenia technologii wytwarzania poszczególnych wyrobów. Ze względu na interdyscyplinarną działalność Wnioskodawcy zaplanowana do zakupu aparatura badawcza umożliwi dalszy wielokierunkowy rozwój przedsiębiorstwa. Poszerzenie oferty lub ulepszenie produktów istniejących wpłynie na zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy na rynku i umożliwi dalszą dynamiczną ekspansję. Wnioskodawca dzięki zakupionej aparaturze pomiarowej planuje realizację prac BR w kilku dziedzinach na rynkach : materiałów budowlanych w zakresie profesjonalnych materiałów hydroizolacyjnych stosowanych jako warstwa aktywna w kompozytowych materiałach warstwowych. materiałów kosmetycznych oraz chemii gospodarczej szczególnie w zakresie materiałów czyszczących należących do grupy ekologicznej chemii gospodarczej lub kosmetyków poprawiających kondycję skóry.przemysłowych w zakresie specjalistycznych materiałów na bazie bentonitów mielonych przeznaczonych dla takich branż jak odlewnictwo, przemysł nawozowy oraz geoinżynieria przemysłowych w zakresie specjalistycznych materiałów dla wiertnictwa (Polish)

The aim of the project is to develop infrastructure conditions for the activity of the applicant, aimed at the creation and introduction of new product groups dedicated to the zoological market and animal husbandry, chemical or cosmetic market, industry and construction. The aim of the project is to create a modelling laboratory for products and technological processes.Investing in a project-specific research equipment will allow to examine the quality of new products or improvements existing, which will constitute new value on the market. The investment will contribute to the professionalisation of BR works carried out in the company and will increase the technical level of the laboratory. The equipment envisaged for purchase in the project will enable both the development of new products, improve the accuracy of process control, and can lead to improvements in the manufacturing technology of individual products. Due to the interdisciplinary activities of the Applicant, the planned research apparatus will enable further multi-directional development of the company. Expanding the offer or improving existing products will increase the company’s competitiveness on the market and allow further dynamic expansion. Thanks to the purchased measuring equipment, the applicant plans to carry out BR works in several fields on the markets: building materials in the field of professional hydroinsulating materials used as an active layer in composite layered materials. cosmetics and economic chemistry especially in the field of cleaning materials belonging to the ecological group of economic chemistry or cosmetics improving the condition of the skin.Industrial in the field of specialised materials based on minced bentonite intended for industries such as foundry, fertiliser industry and industrial geoengineering in the field of specialised materials for drilling (English)
