The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the School Complex in Dąbrówka. The building is located in voivodship, small, district Bocheń., commune Rzezawa, m. Dąbrówka. So far, energy audits, technical documentation and feasibility studies have been developed. Construction work has not been started. The investment is prepared for implementation and the applicant is authorised to implement it. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all the investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and interoperability of the infrastructure as soon as the material scope is completed. The implementation of additional investment tasks not included in the material scope is not required for the launch of the project products. The project involves one task: Task No. 1 – Thermomodernisation of the School Complex in Dąbrówka. Technical solutions adopted in the framework of the project, i.e.: insulation of external walls (SC_ZEW); warming of the ceiling over the last floor (STROP_NOK); replacement of windows with energy-efficient U of not more than 0,9 [W/m² K]; replacement of external doors with energy-saving doors with a U coefficient of not more than 1,3 [W/m² K]; upgrading of c.w.u.; modernisation of central heating installations will comply with the building law standards PN-EN ISO and Technical Approval of the Institute of Construction Technology. After updating the audit during the implementation, it turned out that the project would achieve energy savings: heat 2 048.60 GJ/year, i.e. 69,62 %; reduction of annual primary energy consumption in the building 3 349.62 GJ/year, i.e. 70,67 %; reduction of the annual final energy consumption: 2 049,06 GJ/year i.e. IT’S 69.61 %. The project will reduce the emissions of Polten to the atmosphere: the estimated decrease in CO2 emissions will be 114.91 Mg CO2/year, i.e. 69.62 % and the estimated annual decrease in PM10 emissions of 1.0241 kgPM10/year and PM2.5 will be 1.0241 kgPM2.5/year 69.62 %. The project presents an optimal quality-to-price ratio. The solutions adopted respond to the needs and problems diagnosed in C.1 (English)

Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Szkół w Dąbrówce. Obiekt jest zlokalizowany w woj, mał., pow. bocheń., gminie Rzezawa, m. Dąbrówka. Dotychczas opracowano audyt energetyczny, dokumentację techniczną i studium wykonalności. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania inwestycyjne niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury zaraz po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Projekt pozwoli zredukować emisję polutenów do atmosfery: szacowany spadek emisji CO2 wyniesie 114,91 Mg CO2 / rok, tj. 69,62%, a szacowany roczny spadek emisji PM10 1,0241 kgPM10/rok oraz PM2,5 wyniesie 1,0241 kgPM2.5/rok 69,62%. Projekt przedstawia optymalną relację jakości do ceny. Przyjęte rozwiązania odpowiadają na potrzeby i problemy zdiagnozowane w C.1 (Polish)
