KC, by providing UP with comprehensive, individualised support leading to progress in social activation at the level of 34 % of UP and employment efficiency of at least 25 % UP (min. 12 % for ON) between 01.01.2019 and 31.01.2020. Target GROUP:Support will be covered by 72(44K/28M) per person. KC,poprzez zapewnienie UP kompleksowego, zindywidualizowanego wsparcia prowadzącego do postępu w aktywizacji społecznej na poziomie 34% UP oraz efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min. 25% UP (min. 12% dla ON) w okresie od 01.01.2019 do 31.01.2020 r. GRUPA DOCELOWA:Wsparciem zostanie objętych 72(44K/28M) os.
