R & D works will begin on II and will finish – at the level of technological readiness of TRL – at the level of technological readiness, as part of the project, the fixed assets necessary to launch serial production of an innovative product will be purchased. The project addresses the problem articulated by companies producing C.T.C. transposed cables, companies producing and servicing transformers for the energy industry, building managers, expressing themselves in the absence of a measurement system on the international market, ensuring safe and effective measurements and the possibility of transmitting measurement data to the server, which ensures an innovative multiplexing pulse-resistant detector. This system will provide users with full, reliable measurement results. The product created in the project will have the status of product innovation in the internar market. Against the background of competing solutions, it will be distinguished by: —university, -possibility of measuring and analysing data for a large number of wires and circuits, by one central device -accuracy in indicating the location of the damage to the beam or leakage, -possibility to perform measurements with a method that does not endanger the health and life of employees, – use wireless communication to transfer data. —competitive price The results of the project will be implemented into the division of DASL company in Poland. Projekt będzie polegał na przeprowadzeniu badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych, ukierunkowanych na opracowanie innowacyjnego produktu w postaci wielokanałowego i multipleksującego detektora impulsowo-rezystancyjnego o nazwie ILA, a następnie wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R u Wnioskodawcy. Pod względem dziedzinowym, tematyka proj. będzie wiązała się z elementami fizyki, elektrotechniki i elektrotechniki oraz informatyki. Prace B+R rozpoczną się na II, a zakończą – na IX poziomie gotowości technologicznej TRL, w ramach projektu zakupione zostaną środki trwałe niezbędne do uruchomienia seryjnej produkcji innowacyjnego produktu. Projekt odpowiada na problem artykułowany przez przedsiębiorstwa produkujące przewody transponowane C.T.C., przedsiębiorstwa produkujące oraz serwisujące transformatory dla przemysłu energetycznego, podmioty zarządzające budynkami, wyrażający się w braku na międzynarodowym rynku systemu pomiarowego, zapewniającego bezpieczne i skuteczne pomiary oraz możliwość przesyłania danych pomiarowych na serwer, co zapewnia innowacyjny multipleksujący detektor impulsowo-rezystancyjny. System ten będzie dostarczał użytkownikom pełne, wiarygodne wyniki pomiarowe. Produkt powstały w projekcie będzie miał status innowacji produktowej w skali rynku międzynar. Na tle konkurencyjnych rozwiązań będzie go wyróżniała: -uniwersalność, -możliwość wykonania pomiarów oraz analizy danych dla dużej ilości przewodów i obwodów, przez jedno centralne urządzenie -dokładność we wskazaniu lokalizacji uszkodzenia wiązki lub wycieków, -możliwość wykonywania pomiarów metodą niezagrażającą zdrowiu i życiu pracowników, -wykorzystanie komunikacji bezprzewodowej do przesyłania danych. -konkurencyjna cena Wyniki proj. zostaną wdrożone do dział. gosp. spółki DASL na terenie Polski.
