The overarching aim of this project is to extend Malchem’s activities and product offer (paints and anti-corrosive varnishes), as well as certification of products and obtaining the National Technical Assessment. Thanks to the implementation of the project, Malchem will obtain the National Technical Assessment for 4 sets of paintings, thanks to which it will be possible to sell these products on the Polish market. In addition, as a result of the project, Malchem will implement an innovative product on the market, as test paint kits will include an innovative product developed by Malchem in the form of a new corrosion paint- Neomal 95- New generation, Edition 2019. One of the modifications made in the above product is the use of cellulose acetate. The presence of this ingredient affects: — improvement of flow and bottling – limitation of cratering, – reduction of drying time, – orientation of flake pigments, – improvement of pigment wetting The product was developed as a result of research carried out in Malchem. The project will be implemented in stage 1: Purchase of an advisory service in the field of conducting research for obtaining a certificate of National Technical Assessment (English)

    Nadrzędnym celem realizacji niniejszego projektu jest rozszerzenie działalności oraz oferty produktowej firmy Malchem (farb i lakierów antykorozyjnych), a także certyfikacja wyrobów oraz uzyskanie Krajowej Oceny Technicznej. Dzięki realizacji projektu, firma Malchem uzyska Krajową Ocenę Techniczną dla 4 zestawów malarskich, dzięki czemu możliwa będzie sprzedaż tych wyrobów na rynku polskim. Ponadto, w wyniku realizacji projektu firma Malchem wdroży na rynek innowacyjny produkt, gdyż zestawy Malarskie poddane badaniom zawierać będą innowacyjny, opracowany przez firmę Malchem wyrób w postaci nowej farby antykorozyjnej- Neomal 95- Nowa generacja, Edycja 2019. Jedną z modyfikacji, którą wprowadzono w ww. wyrobie jest zastosowanie octanomaślanu celulozy. Obecność tego składnika wpływa na: - poprawę płynięcia i rozlewności - ograniczenie kraterowania, - skrócenie czasu wysychania, - orientację pigmentów płatkowych, - poprawę zwilżalności pigmentów Produkt został opracowany w wyniku prac badawczych realizowanych w firmie Malchem. Projekt będzie realizowany w 1 etapie: Zakup usługi doradczej w zakresie przeprowadzenia badań na potrzeby uzyskania certyfikatu Krajowej Oceny Technicznej (Polish)
