The idea of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Artur Łęczycki OraSoft. through access to advisory services aimed at supporting the company’s development. External advisory services will be provided by an accredited Innovation Centre (Business Surrounding Institution) with extensive experience in providing innovation advisory services. The implementation of the project is connected with the intention to implement strategic management of the activity through the use of, among others, technological innovations of a process nature (the solutions using digital technologies), which will aim, among others, to increase the cost efficiency of the company. The applicant also plans to analyse the organisation’s potential and needs in terms of human resources and assortment. The applicant does not have the staff resources prepared in substance to develop in-depth analytical work, which would form the basis for deciding on the implementation of the planned innovation. To this end, the applicant intends to use advisory services provided by a specialised innovation centre. The scope of advisory services will include, among others, a detailed analysis of the applicant’s business needs or analysis of business processes in relation to the planned implementation of process innovation. The project will consist of carrying out a series of analytical and expert work to prepare for the implementation of innovation. Ideą projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Artur Łęczycki OraSoft. poprzez dostęp do usług doradczych mających na celu wsparcie rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Zewnętrzne usługi doradcze będą świadczone przez akredytowany ośrodek innowacji (Instytucja Otoczenia Biznesu) posiadający bogate doświadczenie w realizacji usług doradczych w zakresie innowacji. Realizacja projektu związana jest z zamiarem wdrożenia zarządzania strategicznego działalnością poprzez wykorzystanie m.in. innowacji technologicznych o charakterze procesowym (rozwiązania wykorzystującego technologie cyfrowe), której celem będzie m.in. zwiększenie efektywności kosztowej firmy. Wnioskodawca planuje również dokonać analizy potencjału i potrzeb organizacji w zakresie zasobów kadrowych i asortymentu. Wnioskodawca nie posiada zasobów kadrowych przygotowanych merytorycznie do opracowania pogłębionych prac analitycznych, które stałyby się podstawą do podjęcia decyzji odnośnie wdrożenia planowanej innowacji. W tym celu Wnioskodawca zamierza skorzystać z usług doradczych świadczonych przez specjalistyczny ośrodek innowacji. Zakres usług doradczych będzie obejmować m.in. szczegółową analizę potrzeb biznesowych Wnioskodawcy czy analizę procesów biznesowych firmy w odniesieniu do planowanego wdrożenia innowacji procesowej. Projekt będzie polegać na przeprowadzeniu szeregu prac analityczno-eksperckich stanowiących przygotowanie pod wdrożenie innowacji.
