W projekcie dostępne są szkolenia z zakresu kadr i płac. Kurs trwa 80 godzin, odbywa się w grupach co najmniej 15 osobowych, maksymalnie 10 grup. Maksymalna ilość przeszkolonych osób to 150. Zajęcia dwa razy w tygodniu po 8h, czyli każdy kurs to 10 dni szkolenia. W ramach kursu zapewnione są bezpłatne materiały szkoleniowe: skrypty; podręczniki, materiały xero, teczka, notatnik, długopis. W trakcie kursu zapewnione są przerwy obiadowe i kawowe wraz z poczęstunkiem. Kursy kończą się egzaminem i uzyskaniem certyfikatu poświadczającego poziom wiedzy po kursie. Kursy przeznaczone dla osób fizycznych, dorosłych, które ukończyły 18 r. ż., mieszkających, pracujących lub uczących się na terenie województwa mazowieckiego w rozumieniu przepisów KC, zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć kształcenia formalnego, podnoszenia i uzupełnienia kwalifikacji lub ich formalnego potwierdzenia.
