The group will consist of 40 nurses and 40 people who are not working or working (physiotherapists/medicers/massage workers). The aim of the support is to increase the level of skills, qualifications and knowledge, reduce the risk of loss of employment as a result of outdated qualifications and not adapt them to the needs of the labour market of the Płocki Subregion. The project responds to the needs of training in strategic industries for Mazovia in accordance with the Regional Innovation Strategy-white economy/health/medicine sector. A qualification course in geriatric nursing (in accordance with the program Min.Health) and a specialised FDM (Fascial Distortion Model) course for older people’s physiotherapy, improving structural changes in the fascia system-therapeutic concept of pain treatment led to significant or complete removal of diseases of the spine, shoulder, arthritis, muscular injuries, etc. (3 courses in the field of FDM) are planned. Both courses will be completed by external examinations carried out by the accredited post-graduate training center of nurses and midwives (CKPPIP) and the International Organisation of FDM(IFDMO). Substantive assistance will be provided by the District Chamber of Nursing and Midwives in Płock (OIPiP) and Angitia (the only representative of the IFDMO in Poland) – under cooperation agreements on the project with the ECG. The project indicator will be the number of people who have received qualifications in non-school forms; who have participated in lifelong learning and have raised the level of knowledge and skills in working with the elderly. The project complies with the principle of equal opportunities for whom, non-discrimination (including accessibility for people with disabilities), sustainability (EU horizontal policies) and aimed at the care of elderly people (English)
