Projekt „Mazowsze – stypendia dla uczniów szkół zawodowych” ma na celu rozwijanie zdolności oraz motywacji do dalszego rozwoju zawodowego uczniów szkół prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe z terenu Województwa Mazowieckiego poprzez udzielenie wsparcia finansowego (stypendiów) adresowanego do nie mniej niż 480 uczniów z ponadprzeciętnymi wynikami w nauce przedmiotów zawodowych. Projekt pozwoli uczniom szkół prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe podnosić kwalifikacje służące zwiększeniu konkurencyjności na rynku pracy w Unii Europejskiej oraz zmniejszyć liczbę osób bezrobotnych. Projekt jest adresowany do uczniów z wysokimi wynikami/osiągnięciami w zakresie przedmiotów i umiejętności zawodowych. Wsparciem będą objęci uczniowie posiadający ponadprzeciętne wyniki w nauce z przedmiotów zawodowych z terenu Województwa Mazowieckiego. W ramach projektu stypendialnego planuje się przyznanie nie mniej niż 480 stypendiów na cele edukacyjne dla uczniów szkół prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe, w wysokości odpowiedniej do kwoty przeznaczonej na realizację projektu stypendialnego w roku szkolnym 2017/2018. W ramach projektu przewidziano przyznanie co najmniej 30 % stypendiów uczniom ze szkół prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe, Województwa Mazowieckiego zamieszkałym na obszarach wiejskich. O stypendium w ramach projektu stypendialnego mogą ubiegać się uczniowie, którzy spełniają łącznie następujące warunki: 1) w roku szkolnym 2017/2018 będą uczniami, co najmniej 2 klasy szkoły prowadzącej kształcenie zawodowe (z wyłączeniem szkół dla dorosłych) zlokalizowanej na obszarze Województwa; 2) w roku szkolnym 2016/2017 otrzymali promocję do następnej klasy; 3) nie ukończą 24 roku życia do dnia 30 czerwca 2018 r.
