The aim of the project (P.) is to support economically and educationally incapable families living in the territory of Opinogóra Górna by covering their activities supporting their social activation and creating conditions for active inclusion of the community. Support is directed to 20 people. — 10 women and 10 men receiving social assistance services, including 2 people with disabilities. P. implemented in partnership with the Municipal Social Assistance Centre, based on the partnership agreement concluded, which will result in the sustainability of results and greater effectiveness of the actions taken. Selection of a partner made in the procedure of discernment of potential partners operating on the project dictated by the partner in terms of the support and implementation of projects. P. implemented on the basis of the path of socio-professional reintegration created by indiv., for each participant including social support, assistance services, training, workshops, family guidance, social activation and professional activation for 10 participants of the project. P. is a response to diagnosed problems of persons and families under the care of GOPS Opinogóra prepared on the basis of a diagnosis of the needs and barriers of potential participants. Celem projektu (P.) jest wsparcie rodzin niewydolnych wychowawczo i ekonomicznie zamieszkujących terytorium gm. Opinogóra Górna poprzez objecie ich działaniami wspierającymi ich aktywizację społ.-zawodową oraz stworzenie warunków do aktywnej integracji społ.. Wsparcie kierowane jest do 20 os. - 10 kobiet oraz 10 mężczyzn korzystających z usług pomocy społecznej, w tym 2 osób niepełnosprawnych. P. realizowany w partnerstwie z Gminnym Ośrodkiem Pomocy Społecznej, w oparciu o zawartą umowę partnerską, co skutkować będzie trwałością rezultatów oraz większą skutecznością podejmowanych działań. Wybór partnera dokonany w trybie rozeznania potencjalnych partnerów społ. działających na ter. realiz. projektu podyktowany posiadanym przez partnera dośw. w zakresie udzielanego wsparcia i realizacji projektów.
